its been a few crazy weeks looking for the perfect home for myself I've had a lot of knock back, but speaking with Ella she was able to re-assure me that everything is all in process and her communication skills are on point normally u would wait ages for reply but not from Ella she quick on the ball and has explained everything so forough and clear I've been able to sit back and wait.

Ethan was amazing and provided super customer service.

My wife and I recently bought a house, and Rob & his colleagues from Chancellors' Reading branch went the extra mile in making things easier for us. As we are not from the UK, we were not familiar with the process, but Rob was extremely kind, patient and clear in guiding us through the various steps. Communication with the vendors through the agency was prompt and effective, and we had a good experience with everyone involved (internal staff as well as external contacts).

It is rare to find both a professional and personal approach when dealing with people in most businesses these days. In Alice, I found both. When she was the new person assigned to me on the sale of my property, I had a palpable sense of relief that this was someone who would look after my interests and be friendly and approachable when dealing with my queries, even at those times when it was proving difficult. This turned out to be precisely the case and I enjoyed our conversations, Alice's positive outlook, her professionalism and all of her hard work, for which I am very grateful.

Naomi took me around a property and she was truly brilliant. I've been doing alot of viewings recently and she's up there with one of the best estate agents I've dealt with. Not only was she really knowledgeable about the property but also bounced ideas with me on what I could do with the place, creating a real vision on what I'm potentially purchasing.
