I worked with Briar throughout my sale, which was by no means smooth or straightforward. It is not an exaggeration to say that the chain would’ve collapsed without Briar’s meticulous work. She was always available for updates and to lend an ear when we needed to speak through various possible approaches and responses. Her experience and representation of us to other parties in the chain saved us a fair few thousand in additional costs.

I absolutely can’t thank Leeann from chancellors sales team enough! Her communication was really outstanding. She kept us updated at every stage and made sure I was always in the loop. She was proactive and genuinely cared about moving things forward with our purchase. Leeann even took the initiative to copy me into communications with my legal team, which gave them the nudge they needed to take our property purchase seriously. She's made a stressful process so much easier for us, and I honestly wish she could stay on our case until completion😊!

Maria was a huge help to us during our house move at a time where the process with our solicitors and other 3rd parties was stagnating. She offered up her help straight away, and the dominoes started to fall after her intervention. We had an ambitious timeline, and she managed to meet it which we are delighted about.

Tricky to give a rating, as the Sales progression team did not help progress the sale for months, but then Maria Davies took over our case and her tenacity and no nonsense approach had a huge impact on the progression of our sale. She worked tirelessly with both parties, getting to the heart of the issue, enabling transparency, which resulted in significant movement on our sale — we're now on the brink of completion, with a date in sight.
