Dealing with Chancellors at Sunningdale has been a hassle free experience. Kate has been thoughtful to understand what my true requirements are and appropriately align the right property to them. I felt the experience was different to other agents who have tried to simply fill rentals irrespective of personal needs.

Kate assisted me in trying to find accomodation in Sunningdale. She arranged a viewing, was punctual, knowledgeable of the property being visited, gave great information on the area regarding schools, kept me updated on developments and offered alternative properties when the property I was interested in, didnt meet all of my requirements. I have since found accomodation with another agent, however, will definately be in contact with Kate in the future when my rental requirements change.

Selling my home proved challenging for a variety of reasons and took more than 18 months. After several changes of personnel, Emil at Chancellors Sunningdale took control of the situation and was excellent at keeping me informed as well as finding a buyer. Justin was also very helpful at the end of the process, pushing the sale through before the end of June stamp duty deadline.
