The service we received was hassle-free and prompt. The mirror was substantially packaged and not damaged in anyway in transit. The mirror itself is absolutely stunning, the photo on the website actually didn't do it justice even tho it looked fab on there - it exceeded expectations and we're thrilled with it.

I am delighted with the mirror. It is a good quality product and looks like the advertising pictures. The process was straight forward from ordering to receipt and was packaged very well.

Every chandellier is fabulously well made!

The day after ordering my mirror I received a telephone call to confirm the delivery. I needed to change the delivery address and they were only too happy to accommodate. The mirror is beautiful and takes pride of place in my bedroom.

I purchased this mirror via the internet. It arrived promptly and most importantly intact.I`m happy with the mirror and it will look good when i hang it in my lounge.
The only issue i have with it was that it came without any chain to hang it on the wall.I now have to find a chain strong enough to hold the mirror which is hassle i could of done without.

I placed an order online, only to get an email the next day saying the item shouldn't have been showing as in stock as it wasn't and wouldn't be for about 5 months!! I was offered a discount if I wanted to wait, but there was no quibble about cancelling the order. I then ordered a different product, which was also out of stock, but only for a week or so and I was informed along the way. Delivery service was excellent - phoned to arrange a date and time that was convenient, none of this any time between 7am and 7pm sometime this week. Mirror arrived extremely well packaged and looks beautiful.
