Excellent product, well packaged and looks lovely.

I bought a mirror which I had placed in my favourite list . When I was ready to buy I found there was 15% discount on offer . The service was speedy and the mirror arrived with very secure packaging . A member of staff had phoned to arrange delivery to me . All in all an excellent & very efficient service & a beautiful mirror exactly as seen online . Would recommend highly .

Having experienced a huge disappointment on the purchase of mirrors on two recent occasions from a sizeable competitor of The Chandelier & Mirror Company, where the quality of finish on the products delivered was extremely poor ( although I accept the design of the product perhaps, contributed to the problems), it was, therefore, with some trepidation, that I placed an order with The Chandelier & Mirror Company for a similar product also with a complex hand finish.

I needn't have worried because the service and help provided at the order stage, pre-delivery and post delivery was first class with a caring attitude displayed to ensure the product delivered met my expectations. In fact, it exceeded my expectations. Congratulations also to the manufacturer on this occasion.

An organisation to be recommended with customer satisfaction clearly a priority. Thanks.

Beautiful large mirror, looks classy, arrived quickly, no damage. Bought our own additional heavy duty hooks to hang it with as did not trust just hanging on screws.
