The best computer wizards.
The staff at Chandler Computers are excellent. They are very knowledgeable in their field of computing and I believe they're one of the best computer wizards in the West Midlands or even beyond.
Firstly, they manifest professionalism in their customer service. They are very polite over the phone and they do their very best to keep to the schedule given to a customer. After the job has been done, the customer will get an email detailing what was done to fix the problem.
Secondly, they always give very honest advise about any issue relating to fixing your machine. They'll guide you to make good decisions so as to save you time and money. In my case as an instance, I was advised against making an upgrade to my system because I wouldn't get my desired result since my motherboard wasn't powerful enough to handle the upgrade in RAM. I know of a guy who runs the same business just around where I live, he'd have done the opposite as long as he gets paid for the job - more money in his pocket. At Chandler Computers, I believe it's reputation before money - my opinion.
Thirdly, they'll keep in touch constantly about the progress of the job and inform you if it may take more time than initially estimate.
In conclusion, I'm always very happy with their services and have been since 2018. They're great, they're brilliant and very honest. So check them out and see for yourself.

Carl and Mike always provide an excellent and speedy customer service experience. They are always helpful and very knowledgeable
I booked in my laptop for its yearly service and virus checker renewal. I was kept notified as to when my laptop would be ready and the work was completed within a few hours. Really can't fault the service.
