I wanted to quit using onedrive because…
I wanted to quit using onedrive because the computer was set up to automatically save evrything on the cloud in a way I didnt understand and I didnt feel in conrol. Chandler upgraded my computer with a solid state memory to replace the hard drive. it was all done very quickly and I was kept informed at every stage. its much quicker at startup now, and I have a subscription backup service with Livedrive following their advice.

Excellent people to deal with!
The service I received was excellent from beginning to end.
The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
I was kept fully informed throughout the time my laptop was with them through regular updates and all options were offered to me.
