I ordered a small tin of cleaning solvent, I enquired as to the where abouts of my purchase and was sent a questionnaire regarding my purchasing experience ! Work it out, how do you think I feel?
Get a grip, send me what I paid for.
Not impressed, will not purchase anything from this shower ever again.
They have not met my expectations of a fast reliable service.

No communication, very poor service
They don't tell you how your order is progressing.
They don't answer emails.
They take ages to answer the phone, then don't give accurate information.
When I got an email from them, it was vague and contradicted information on the account page of the web site and, when I replied to that email address they didn't answer that either.
Eleven days after I paid for my goods I still have not got them, nor do I know if I ever will
