The experience was simple, concise and value for money.

Needed fibre washes to go behind the drain plug at the top of the radiator. Not in any of the fibre washer kits you buy from screfix, Aldi, toolstation etc. Measured up, found them here!

The product and delivery service were fine but the box contained more than a carrier bag full of polystyrene 'peanuts'. There are more environmentally friendly and easier to dispose of packaging materials available.

I ordered an electric bilge pump. It arrived very quickly ( sooner than I expected), although a little strangely it arrived a day before I received an email saying that it had been dispatched. Other than this admin glitch, nothing to say except that the goods were what I wanted, at a good price and delivered very quickly. Good purchase and I will use Chandleryworld again in the future.

I particularly wanted a plastic boat hook (see title) in order not to scratch the white window handles. I found this one on Chandleryworld's website.
The website was good, the ordering was easy and the boat hook itself was cheap which made me somewhat suspicious when ordering.
The item arrive in three days. It was sturdy and well made...........I was wrong to be suspicious!
Having now mounted it on short pole (painted to match our kitchen unit colour) it works really well.
Thank you to all at Chandleryworld for an excellent internet shopping experience. If I need to make another bizaar contraption, I will be back.

I have hunted online suppliers to find a simple 28mm ID hose for a bilge pump, found many, only then to be totaly frustrated by the complete lack of ANY matching skin fittings, from the very same companies supplying the hose!
At last I found a sensible combination from Chandlery World, the ONLY company both myself, and many others, on many and varied forums, could find, who sensibly supplied both, at a great price. The order was delivered well before expected and is perfect for the job. Incredible!

Did not purchase, as the item I wanted differed from the illustration shown on the website. Excellent customer service swiftly resolved what could have been a disappointing purchase.
