Buyer beware
Buyer beware. I ordered a size 36 burhou traditional Guernsey jumper with Skylark embroidery from this website for my average sized 17 year old daughter for Christmas. Upon ordering it I was told that they had this size in stock and therefore it would be despatched quickly, which it was. It was not made bespoke. When the jumper arrived it has an odd fit; tight in the body and baggy under the arms. Furthermore, the wool it is made from is rough and itchy. The jumper is basically unwearable.
Upon asking to return the jumper, I was told that it is bespoke and therefore non-returnable. Very disappointing for a £134 jumper. I won't even be able to sell it second hand because of the poor quality; I suspect any buyer would just return it to me.
I don't normally leave reviews, but I feel compelled to leave this one. Buyer beware.
