Excellent clothing

Charcoal has become my favourite Australian brand. Items are exceptionally good quality and also reasonably priced. Customer service is excellent and my every purchase is shipped the following day. Their dresses and pants are absolutely divine, particularly dresses. I usualy wear Au size 8 or small and I never had problem with Charcoal sizing. All in all, high quality brand well worth the money.

Lovely products and great customer…

Lovely products and great customer service.the dress I purchased didn’t fit. I was offered an exchange with additional credit or a refund. I opted for the exchange and the entire process wears seamless. Will definitely shop here again.
