I can't recommend Chargeblast enough

I can't recommend Chargeblast enough. It's reduce our chargebacks and given us peace of mind with stripe. The alerts are super helpful and have saved us from a lot of potential issues.

Chargeblast has been a lifesaver

Chargeblast has been a lifesaver for us to reliably keep our dispute rate below 0.3%. Their support has been extremely helpful for dealing with specific issues with our integration. They even released a brand new feature (adding dispute customers to our Stripe blocklist) within a day of me asking for it!

Chargeblast helped us a lot in reducing Stripe dispute rate!

Chargeblast reduced our Stripe dispute rate and saved us a lot of stress that comes with a rising dispute rate on stripe.
If you are reading this, you already know that Stripe's threshold regarding the dispute rate is really low and they will start withholding 20-30 or even 50% of payout for up to 180 days.
If your business is running on slim margins, this will kill your cashflow and then your business.
Chargeblast helped us a lot. Recommended for anyone looking to reduce their dispute rate on Stripe!

Great Team & Support

Saved us from dealing with hundreds of chargebacks. The support team is great & responsive as well.

Their co-founder Steven is extremely knowledgeable about the entire industry, and was able to guide us through a stripe issue at 1AM - this level of support is something I've never seen before. Big thanks to Qi for connecting us to the right people.
