Arrived on time. But there is a small defect on the leather of the bag. I doubt if it would wear off after a few days.

Order Not Fulfilled

My order was not fulfilled and I had to email SEVERAL times to find out the status. I finally received an email that my account would be refunded. The refund may take up to 21 business days which is entirely too long in my opinion.

Not very pleased with the service…

Not very pleased with the service received. I ordered a purse/bag on 11/24/25 and to this date i have not received my order. I tried calling customer service for charles & Keith and there was no resolution other than to wait.

Always an excellent experience

I have been a C&K customer since 2006 and since then, nothing but great shoes, lovely bags and excellent customer service. When I lived in my home country (Egypt) I used to buy form the first store that opened there, however, moving to Australia in 2008 I have continued to shop online. Your online shopping has developed a lot since then and I always have a lovely experience shopping C&K. The products have also developed in quality and styles. I am a loyal repeat customer and so is my daughter and my daughter in law now.

If I could give a zero

If I could give a zero, I would! I placed an order on 11/23/25. It kept saying in progress and I received a confirmation of my order. When I reached out to them they said there was a glitch in their system and my order would have to be cancelled. At that point the item I ordered was out of stock. I am still waiting for them to resolve my issue!
They cancelled my order and offered me a $10 coupon to be used in a month toward another purchase. What a joke! I will never shop with this company ever again! It was their mistake and their offer of a $10 coupon is a slap in the face. I’ve never dealt with a company that has such horrible customer service!

Gorgeous bag

A bit upset about one of the items being
Destroyed during shipment and canceled but I did get a timely refund for that item. The purse I ordered arrived in pristine condition and is gorgeous.
