Love, love it !

I loved my shoes, it took about 20 days to arrive but it was worth it, my shoes have the quality of about 300 dollars I know but they cost half as much, I will follow this brand definitely.

The worst customer service ever

The worst customer service ever. I was given a faulty tracking link and my parcel was delivered without notifying me. Needless to say, my parcel got stolen and the link they sent to me still says my delivery is in progress. I reached out and they insisted sending parcels out without notifying customers is how they ensure a successful delivery. Their customer service ignored me for weeks.

Horrible experience with the one time I…

Horrible experience with the one time I bought form Charles and Keith. I requested a return, I also sent the item for return on time. My carrier shows me the package is delivered. It’s been 2 months and no refund has been processed by Charles and Keith. Total fraud and scam.

I’m so depressed

I’m so depressed
Order was placed on 29/11 and still not receive any update from their courier since 5/12. I have to contact C&K because no reply from courier.
Multiple emails send to Charles and Keith but no solution, just keep saying sorry?
C&K uses Aramex ships to Australia, shitty shipping comp. Wth they’re doing keeping my parcel in Sydney for nearly 3 weeks and dont to any shit ??

Don’t even bother

I placed an order on December 2. I bought 2 items; a wallet and a bag. I received the wallet within a week. I got a mail on December 5 that the bag had been shipped and would be delivered within 1-3 days. I, to this day, haven’t received the bag. On December 15, I sent a mail requesting an update regarding my order. I got an answer right away, saying that Charles and Keith would request an update from the shipping company. The update came December 17; my package had departed on a plane from Hong Kong. It’s been 3 days since, and apparently my order is still on the plane.
I’m tired by now, so I requested my money back. After 3 emails I still haven’t gotten any reply. It’s been 3 days.

It was a waste of money, thus. €100 down the drain. Do not buy from them.

Shipping Nightmare

Where to start? I ordered a purse for my niece for Christmas on November 27th thinking I’m early it will for sure get to Montreal, Canada in time, well it’s December 19th and the purse is still in Newark… it’s been there since December 4th. I’ve reached out to Charles and Keith and Post Nord. Charles and Keith says it’s the Holiday rush… it’s almost a month… not sure where this package came from but ok. Post Nord has never replied. Good thing I was early!!!

Sorry, I will not believe it’s the time of the year etc etc. Whatever low rent shipping company you’ve used is a waste! I’ve received packages from China in less than 2 weeks at the exact same time. My package was in Newark from December 4th to the 15th and arrived in Hackensack NJ on the 19th. I don’t know who walked it across the state!

Bad customer service

I ordered two items and only one of them has arrived. First the customer service was being cooperative. But they also didn’t know the whereabouts of my package. So they would come in contact with my courier and then reply back to me. Which in the end never happened. I have waited patiently since they told me to wait 3-5 working days. That was almost 1 month ago. Right now they do not answer my e-mails and do not give me any additional information regarding my options. I feel like the package is lost and that they are just ignoring me as to not get me a refund. I want to stay hopeful but they do not even reply back to me. It is very frustrating.
