Excellent job in replacing a broken tile at a reasonable price and done really quickly.

Anthony and his team did a great job in repairing various roof issues in no time and at a reasonable price. I had picked them randomly out of google search for roofers in the area and I am glad I chose them. I recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone needing roof repairs.

Great work by Anthony and his team for doing the new leadwork and repair work for the gully.

We had a downpour of rain which exposed a significant leak in our bay window. I contacted Charles roofing and they came out the next day. Gave a very reasonable quote and got it fixed within 10 days.

We have used Charles roofing before and came back because we were very impressed by his work. Very trustworthy and reliable. Will defo use them again in future.

I reported problems with my guttering where there were 2 leaks. The guys did the job in 10 minutes and didn’t charge me a penny. Gave me sound advice of what may be required in the future as well. Highly recommended 👍🏻

I dealt with Anthony Charles who was most helpful and always answered his phone which as I am 100 miles away is a great bonus! Charles Roofing sorted out a chimney in need of repair and also attended to a worn gulley. At the same time they found some other issues that needed attention sending through photos and a quote promptly so I could make a decision. They completed all the work to a good standard and left everything clean & tidy

Anthony responded quickly to the request to quote to repair ridge mortar sections on my and my neighbour's storm damaged roof ledges. He quoted a fair price. His team fitted us in before Christmas and we were very grateful they braved the conditions, working up a high ladder. Left our property clean and tidy. So far so good despite the current high winds.

He was very prompt, friendly, reliable and efficient. He identified the problem quickly and quoted a good price. Very pleased to find such a good roofer!

I needed a flat roof recovering plus some extra lead work. The work was done as planned, on time and so far the leaks we had experienced have stopped. The price was competitive and it was easy dealing with this firm.

Quick to arrive and give a good estimate for the job. Was not put off by the fact it was a small job on a flat roof that another guy had messed up and that it couldn't be done until some other work to a window was completed. We contacted Charles Roofing as we needed a wood burner flue removed from our roof and replaced with a tile vent to connect to a bathroom extractor. Anthony came out to quote within a couple of days of us contacting him. There was some confusion around how the scaffolding had been set up but Anthony kept us up-to-date and it didn’t affect the completion date. We thought it only fair, as it was only after reading all the 5-star reviews that we contacted Anthony, that we left our own 5-star review to confirm what others say. Polite, trustworthy, hardworking, and we’re very happy with how it all looks. We would definitely recommend Anthony and the team at Charles Roofing!

I have been totally disillusioned with my consistently negative involvements with the construction industry generally over the last 30 years and dread the process of employing anyone to do absolutely anything!
However, I can honestly say that I felt reassured by Anthony Charles right from the get go as he did exactly what he said he would do from arriving in 15mins to quote; promptly emailing a clear quote; fitting in the (initially 3-day) job, although busy; ordering scaffolding and starting work exactly when stated and communicating and updating progress throughout with photos etc.
My job transpired to be a little more complicated than anticipated and I was prepared for disappointment that it might be somewhat piecemeal. BUT..I felt Anthony’s advice was reliable and that he would do his best endeavours to fit my job in around existing commitments…which he did.
In my opinion, Anthony and his team work hard and take pride in producing a good finished product…which they did. The true test will be the force of the elements this coming winter but I am confident that if by any very remote chance there were any tweaking to be done, Anthony Charles would return and investigate with good grace to ensure that Charles Roofing continues its reputation as a reliable, experienced company with an admirable work ethic. Thanks guys!

Gutter cleaning, some repairs and replacements -
Anthony and his assistant were great. They were knowledgeable, quick and efficient, and left the house clean and tidy. Would use again.

I contacted Anthony to repair a leaking roof. He attended promptly, identified the issue & explained how it would be resolved. He provided a very reasonable quote immediately. On the day of the repair he & his team were polite, courteous & professional. They replaced the broken tile , put a new piece of roofing membrane in place and tidied up afterwards. I would definitely use Anthony again and would thoroughly recommend him.

Had quite a bad leak in my chimney, called Charles roofing and had a very quick response and were very polite. Came out very quickly and rectified the situation. Pricing was good and would high recommend.
