Do not use this company it’s a scam, I foolishly payed for a promo no receipt, no promo, no answer to my emails.
The only way to get hits is the usual way fans and ad campaigns.
The whole things a con, engage at your own risk.

After they saw my original trust pilot review they very quickly contacted me

In the end they offered to refund me sending me a screen shot of the transaction! And surprise, surprise it never came.

Quick response on my emails. Promotion started up to 2 days after purchase. Received even better results then was promised. Recommended.

I went through this process as an experiment because I was curious and because my domestic market is small for alternative music. So far streams have been more than double what was promised. Followers have gone up by the thousands as have song saves. I live outside the US so this process has pushed my music into a new market/audience given that most streams are US based.

Things are looking great! More and more listeners are checking my music out. Awesome!

Another order, another success.
Recently got another package from Chartlex, and once again, they did more than I asked. I get a lot of new people daily discovering my new songs but also older songs I have. Amazing work once again! Recently, I received my payout from Distrokid for an old order, and I was also amazed. Worth every dollar!

It was great to see the numbers go up, because I knew this song of mine was wonderful, yet I wasn't getting any traction before this campaign.

Wow!! I was using another organic streaming service that was really good... but really slow. I got immeidate results with Chartlex AND we were able to activate the Spotify Algos. Really great so far! Looking forward to a long relationship.

I'm suspicious Chartlex are using Bots playlists to push the streams. Can Charlex prove otherwise???

They always deliver what they guarantee, within reason, and can be trusted not to use fraudulent means to do so.

I ran 2 campaigns by now. I was thrilled with the first campaign as it delivered even more streams than promised. The second campaign, however, was very dïfferent in nature, and it delivered less than 70% of the promised streams. So i contacted Chartlex several times on this, since they garantee to deliver or money back. Unfortunately, I never got any response. That is disappointing, since i would like to keep running succesful campaigns, but i do not trust their service anymore.

Great communication and results. Will definitely use again- next tine probably to promote my Artist page as they also provide that service.
Another great thing was that though most of my listeners were from the US , there were some from all over the world too.

We got what was promised an increase in followers and streams. It seems to be a good service

So I placed an order for the 50k to 70k algorithmic streams and I got 90 percent of that as they mention on their website. So a bit overpriced for what you get even being on sale. The reason I took stars off is because their inability to respond back once my order started. I sent 2 emails since my order started and this company has not responded. This company will email quickly, but once your order has started, you won't hear from them again. Kinda shady imo. Not a good way to retain customers from a business perspective. Hopefully Chartlex will keep this in mind as many others have complained on their lack of communication. Do better guys.

The other reason for lower rating is that I didn't really get many saves. And we all know as artists, saves, followers and playlist adds are much more important than just streams. Streams are really all I got from this company.

I wish there was more information on how they are able to algorithmically tap into Spotify. It's like a secret. They say they use ads, but I still don't see how that makes sense because the ads are coming from outside sources, not the algorithm within Spotify. Also, I run ads to Spotify as well and I noticed that people do save my song, and they also look me up on other platforms. So not very transparent.

I will update this in a few months to see if I actually get paid royalties from the streams I received. As for now, I doubt I will be using them again unless their communication gets better and they're more open about the process of how they get streams.

*Chartlex, instead of responding to the customer here on Trustpilot as I see you do, you should reach out to the customers that were unhappy and see how you can rectify the situation. Responding back on here does nothing for your credibility, nor does it help the customer. Hope this constructive criticism helps you rethink your business strategies.

UPDATE: I was not paid for royalties for the streams gained with Chartlex. They were the only company that I used for my latest release to promote my single so yeah...you get numbers, but no payout. Definitely won't use again.

I think all these streaming services are over priced.
Artist only earn around $45 for 15,000 streams yet we have to pay $110 (or special offer $88) to get 15,000 streams with Chartlex. It doesn't make sense to pay more than you get paid for Spotify promotion - Yes Chartlex delivers streams but very little followers which is strange. Is it really helping build an audience. The jury is out.

They do exactly what they say they’ll do. I have had more streams than ever before.
