We are very pleased with our purchase. It looks good and has sufficient space to house all our hardware. The downside was the delivery. Chase A/V had emailed their instructions stressing the importance of checking all the contents before signing for the delivery. However, the delivery driver was not pleased about having to wait while we checked the contents. Also, the package was very heavy and the delivery driver said he was not allowed to carry the parcel into the house. My wife and I are both in our early seventies and I suffer from back problems and have heart disease. Also, at the time, my wife was suffering from nose bleeds and was unable to bend. We really struggled to lift the package into the house and I struggled to open it and check the contents with the delivery driver anxious to get off on his next delivery.We feel Chase A/V need to change their delivery procedure as taking delivery was a stressful experience.

Mr. Swain, I am very sorry to hear about this.
I hope that you can appreciate that we as a company are not couriers and do not undertake any deliveries ourselves. The driver in question was employed by the courier company and unfortunately every company has the same rules - it is delivery to the door and they are not obliged to bring it into a property. I would however have thought that given your circumstances the driver would have done the decent thing and helped you out.
I am very sorry that he didn't but there isn't anything I can do to change this - it is not the delivery procedure of my company but standard practice in the industry unless it is a premium 2 man specialist delivery which incurs a much higher cost to the customer.
I hope that you found the aspects of the order that we can directly influence up to our usual high standard - we shipped the order immediately and I am always personally available to deal with issues no matter what time I hear about them.
