Excellent customer service and support

Excellent customer service and support. I'd accidentally ordered the wrong coffee tables and Darren went above and beyond to resolve the issue. His communication all along the way was regular and clear so I knew exactly what was happening

Corner TV cabinet

Product arrived on time
Took a lot longer to assemble than allocated 2 hours more like 6 by the time you figure out
Which piece goes with what.
Looks great and tidied up a very messy corner of cables and wires.

Good service nice product

Product was good but part was chipped. As it was at the back we chose to live with it.
Two brackets were missing and despite 2 emails we never received them and had to end up buying them ourselves.
Considering the price of the product parts should not have been damaged and missing.

The company contacted me after my review and rectified the situation - very good aftercare
Would definitely deal with again

I am very sorry to hear about this problem. As can be seen from our other reviews we do not ignore emails or let customers down. I like to think that we have the best customer service in the business - I personally reply to every email at whatever time it is received and make sure that the issues are resolved.

So I was a bit baffled by the 2 emails that we ignored. I have had a look and I can advise that, regrettably and completely outside of our control, our host moved our email server to a new machine around the same time that you received your order. For a few days we did not receive any emails from our service email address. As soon as I realised, I raised a support ticket and it was fixed on the 8th October. I will forward you a copy of the email exchanges between myself and the host support team.

As far as the chipped panel is concerned, yes it is disappointing but unfortunately these things happen. Now that I am aware of the issue, I can have the panel replaced. I will also refund the cost of the brackets that you had to buy.

Please accept my apologies for the problem and I hope that I have reassured you that we didn't ignore you deliberately.
