Chase was highly recommended by a friend of mine when I was looking for a good dry cleaner in Westminster area. I wasn't disappointed, the asian lady who was there was very knowledgeable, my coat came back very professionally done, with wide hanger and trousers probably done! I was very happy. I then took another coat to them for cleaning. When I went to collect my second coat, this time it was a European lady who was in charged, she was rude and not bothered at all. Now I am not sure if I ever want to use Chase again. The rudeness of the European lady left a bad taste of the whole experience.
