Wow this team is great. I was looking at starting a new business and I'm honestly very very happy with Cheaper Domains. The pricing is fantastic, the quality of the services they provide are top but the best is the service I get from them all from the great local aussie team they have. I am thankful I chose these guys.

So easy to setup, and cheaper than almost all domain services. I had some trouble linking up my G-suite account to my new domain, and I live chatted with Justin from Cheaper Domains, and he was fantastic in helping me through the process. Some of the best service I've received in a long while!

There's no catch, it really is cheaper. Spent days looking and comparing and I'm honestly happy with Cheaper Domains. Best prices and even better customer service (Justin was very helpful). Would highly recommend anyone who needs a website with the full package to go with these guys. No joke!

Great customer service, website is easy to navigate (very important for not so tech savvy clients like myself) very helpful over the phone for setting up a website and payment for my business in the startup phase. Always good to work with an Australian owned and Australian based businesses.

Edit: Also I think the person complaining below should take up Privacy protection for there domain name if they don't want contact details showing.

Brilliant product & amazing service! The service, hosting capability and product is incredible. The product is well priced. I have all my web hosting, domains and other products through this company. The products are perfect, the hosting is fast, but the best is the service. I'm sure I often ask questions that are beyond the scope of what they should help with, and I should hire a web developer for, but they still help. Edit: I believe the 1-star review below to be unfair. If cheaper domains were contacted about this straight away, the problem would've been remedied fast! I think this is also due to a lack of knowledge (like all of us) around web developing/domains. I had the same problem but it was hastily fixed, and I'm sure this is across the board when you register any domain. The cheaper domains service crew are Aussie's as well, not outsourced overseas!

Aussie Support! Finally someone who has support in a Australia and actually hosts websites in Australia.

I used SiteGround before these guys who decided after 1 year to raise prices over 150% on my package and they don't have any aussie staff so moved over to Cheaper Domains and boy have I found heaven.

Cheaper Domains are easy to deal with and haven't had one problem.
