I have bought several things from CTD but just recently bought some ammo. This is important- I bought what I thought was going to be brand new.223 and what I got was 50 rounds in a plastic ziplock type bag and here’s the bad part. I counted at least five different brands of the ammo and there were several that are 5.56 and some had dented cases. I don’t know if they are reloads or new ammunition. One case was blackish and looks old. But thankfully my gun can shoot 5.56 but if someone didn’t know or checked it and they shot it in a gun only able to shoot .223 it could blow up or at least damage the gun. I will never give CTD another dime of my money. I emailed them about it but have yet to hear back from them.

I was charged a restocking fee for an item that was returned unused with the tags still on it. The fee was 25% for a total of $43.59. For that amount I would have just kept the item. I am writing bad reviews until I get this resolved

Absolute price gouging. A box of 50 Blazer Brass 9mm rounds usually sell for $10.99. These guys are selling for $79.89.

Order 200 Winchester .556. Received 200 lose reloads in a Winchester box. They didn't never clean the brass will. Best to buy from another vendor.

Terrible experience with this company. Placed an order but than realized I made a mistake. I cancelled 10 minutes later. Two days later they shipped. My FFL won't accept shipments from this company because they are so shady.

I believe if the name of your company has a meaning then the company should be a reflection of that name or meaning. Cheaperthandirt.com is exactly the opposite of their name. The ppl that run the company may be cheaper than dirt but the products they sell in their eyes is rare fine gold. Remington .223/5.56 Nato FMJ 55gr. is $29.89 a box of 20rds. That's $1.49 a rd. That's ludacris. Go to GunBroker.com and bid/buy ammo and at least if not less pay .99 a rd.

I HATE THESE CROOKS!!! One box of 100 .22 LR CCI Mini-Mags is $89.89!!!! They have them in stock at my local gun shop for $10.89.

They are taking advantage of you the prices are way high go somewhere else and get the same ammo for the fraction of the price they should be ashamed of themselves

Cheaper than Dirt sold me a product for over ten times its ordinary cost and did nothing to rectify the situation. I will admit that I misread the ad, but this is no way to treat a customer. Even a cursory review of the internet will indicate that there is no enterprise such as Cheaper than Dirt that receives more damning reviews for price gouging, deceptive practices, etc. than Cheaper than Dirt. The Attorney General of Texas has even brought a price gouging legal action against them.Buyer beware!

Customer service horrible. Shipping times dead slow and quality of product, I don’t think they have quality assurance in this company. My lower had a smashed up side.

If I could give zero stars I would. Charging over $1 per round for handgun ammo. They clearly now have zero scruples. I will never give a single cent to these clowns or any online retailer that is outright gouging people durning this time.

Order parts and they were shipped February 21 and 24. Shipping and handling was $8+, Tracked them and they are on the USPS merry go round of going back and for between two USPS hubs. One order that I did get was missing a part so called customer service. They are sending me the missing part but told me to wait and additional 21 days before I could request a refund. Cheaper Than Dirt's reputation is truly in the dirt.

I was able to buy 9mm Luger target ammunition last year for 25 cents a round. They are almost a dollar a round now. This place just lost my business forever.

Paid 16.95 for a bolt kit I paid for 3-7 day shipping it’s been 12 days and they haven’t even shipped the product from themselves yet! How ridiculous is that then when I sent a complaint about it not shipping in over a week I got some pre typed out message that I’m pretty sure they send to everyone then they didn’t even respond to a second email... pretty sure I got screwed out of 44$

100 bucks for 50 rounds of 9mm fmj???? Yeah that’s cheaper than dirt. I just picked up a 50 round box locally for under 20 bucks. I hope you go out of business

Very long ship time, no shipping or tracking info provided, I had to request it. Only after this request did my order actually ship. Signature required for delivery is not stated at the time of order. Sort of difficult to be home when you have a job that requires you to not be home during delivery hours. No option to change delivery address because order was for a "restricted item". Never again. Bulk Ammo is a much better company to do business with in every respect.

Talk about price gouging! I checked and email for range 9MM and 59.89?!?!?! I thought 38.00 locally was high. I think the AG needs to investigate them again. Totally out of line!
