stay away do not buy anything chinese crap

In February 2022 I ordered and paid straps for the total amount of 70€ ca. They said that they've send me the straps, but there wasn't anyone in the house and the mail service returned the package. I asked for refund and the told me that they'd have to wait for the package to return....since then, after many mails and two years, NOT A SINGLE REPLY OR REFUND... I've read that my situation is same for a lot of european clients... They substantially SCAM people

Stay away from this site if you value your own time and money. Ordered twice and even tho I live in Sweden(5h from where they are based) it takes 10+ days for them to ship. Customer support is awful, not trying to be helpful but rather make things harder. In my first order I recieved a strap with a broken springbar, I stil have not recieved a replacement for it close to 2 months later. Its gotten to the point where I gave up on recieving a replacement. My second order I was told that one of the straps in my order were sold out, I had to pick a replacement that had the same cost, since it was on a sale I could not find any other strap of the same cost so I ended up picking the same strap in another size just to fulfil my order so it would be sent.

Even though I see many negative reviews i can only go off mine... It took a little longer than expected but when I emailed them they always replied quickly. Tracked delivery and when I received the strap it was very good quality longer strap. So all in all I would buy again from them

Saw many negative reviews lately, but I bought straps from CNS once again about a week ago and I already received them, and they are OUTSTANDING quality for the price. Not only the nato straps, but also the leather ones, for 12 euros you really get incredible things. For reference I’m based in Germany. I usually purchased from Italy and also there I didn’t have any problem.

CNS did a mistake at the shipping address and while I paid for the tracked shipping, after waiting for 3 weeks, I received notification that the order will be returned due to wrong address.

They wouldn't issue a refund and I was obliged to repay for shipping, or get store credit. Why get store credit for such a poor shop?

Paid extra for fast delivery and tracking... I live in Denmark, the company should be based in either Sweden (says the website) or Germany (says the first and only tracking message).. its ben 2 weeks and Ive only gotten one message about the package being on the way. Delivery date is still unknown... next time ima just use Amazon....

Shipping is fast if you use DHL option.

The quality is good, for the price.

Paratrooper straps are good.

-1 start as I'm not sure how to fit Marine Nationale strap and there are no instructions that I can see on their site.

I never received my order. They are now using a different domaine and company name - cnswatchbands

My canvas watch strap was a little too narrow (more like 19mm than the ordered 20mm). No customer support from CNS. Just excuses why a replacement is not possible. Never again…

I ordered 6 nato straps and even with shipping the price was crazy cheap. They're really more like zulu straps, which is fine by me as they are easier to put on and off. Quality is ok, the nato that came with my watch is clearly better but once on your wrist you can't tell a difference. They look super sharp. Shipping was quick and emails I sent about tracking the shipment were politely and promptly responded to.

Well, I wish I had been in here a long time ago.
I've ordered from them several times - but never had to return an item.
Now I have to pay return shipping to get store credit, because CNS can't make a simple Marine Nationale strap.
It's their "special design" - that makes the watch wobble and makes it easier to steal right off your wrist.

Good job CNS. You just lost another customer.

I placed my first order recently and am very happy with what I received. Prices were great and the straps look sharp. It took about 3 weeks to receive but the shipping was free and when Canadian customs clearance is involved it is out of anyones control.
We will see how these straps hold up over time, as of right now I’m very happy with the value to purchase price ratio.

today I was surprised to receive the products that I thought were lost. although it took a long time, it was not the seller's fault.

so i ordered 5 watch straps, 3 nato & 2 nasa all 21mm size, arrived very fast to the uk, packed & and delivered safe & securely, very quickly (without tracking), i was happy with everything the right colors/comfort etc except a nasa strap which was supposed to be 21mm, however measuring 20mm at the velcro section & 23mm at the fabric/leather section! clearly not a 21mm, long story short i was told by customer service to send photos with a ruler against the strap which i did, so this cunning customer assistant has been trained to patronise buyers who say the truth and indeed is very patronising, without to go a million miles… after seeing the photos i sent as proof has explained to me in a detailed response that the photos show otherwise (21mm)! they clearly are playing tricks/games in a very cunning manner but i dont need glasses & i am seeing correct, i think they should stop watching the time and open up a opticians to support people with eye conditions

Made an order 3 months ago, never arrived and never get my money back!!!
It was a big order, like 7 straps!! Tried to contact them several of time, they keeps telling me i have to wait!!! I think they will not refund me.
Be careful don’t ever make a big order, incase it gets lost u won’t loose too much!

Value for money.

You get what you pay for, great sale items and a lot of different color options! I personally dont have any complaints about the quality.

I've probably placed 10 orders in the past few years, for over 50 straps. A few of them are a little coarse but overall a great value. Some of these are less than $2.00 each with cheap shipping to the US, so you cannot complain about that. Incredible selection and have never had an issue. You can't beat the prices for the leather straps either, which have always been well made.
