Updated since interacting with the company. I complained originally that I never received the goods and could not get through to customer services but one month later payment was taken.

They have since reached out, been very courteous and refunded my money. It would appear the courier mislaid the goods and CheapLocks were unaware. The matter is now fully and satisfactorily resolved so I am updating the review as it would be unfair to continue to leave my negative review.

Got send the wrong item, although in the right packaging?
Send several e-mails including photo of the item and packaging requesting for the right item to be
send and a returns postage label for the wrong item.
No reply to any of them (no they were not in spam!),
phone line not operative.
Very frustrating if companies totally ignore you but that seems to be customer service in the post covid era!
Gave 2 stars for super quick posting and although
the item was wrong it was good quality.

Ordered the wrong item and having now emailed them twice regarding a return have reecived no response and since the phone seems to be down this is the only way of contacting them.
Delivery was 1st class with both items (wrong1 and the correct 1) arriving within 24 hours.

Excellent customer service. Fast and reliable and ever so helpful with the help that I needed.

A mistake was made with my order , and Andy sorted it out from collection to refund, No probs at all very helpful , Cheap locks, will be my first point of call when I need another lock

Great! Ordered a Winkhaus scorpion gearbox from their website, free next day delivery. Dispatched on Monday and arived on Tuesday via DPD. Perfect, genuine winkhaus gearbox. Can't ask for more.

They have products which you can't order through the website, and have to contact them in order to purchase. Usually pick sets etc, which I fully understand why they're asking (though most sites are happy to sell as normal).

Problem being that they are impossible to contact! I've been trying for two weeks to get hold of them by phone, email and contact form on their website and have had zero reply or answer to any of it.

To be honest it's just feeling a bit rude at this point.

BS 3621 with anti drill/pick . Chunky Box Keep and extra key . Ordered on the weekend arrived Tuesday and I somehow managed to fit it quite easy . £33 including vat postage and key . Cheap but Good Locks . Good Service too . RECOMMENDED !

I made an honest mistake and was just enquiring about whether a refund with restocking fee etc was possible and they just cannot be bothered to email me back.

VERY pleased with the service I received. Not only was my order received in under 24hrs, the price was far better than my previous supplier & the quality goods first class.

Order a complete multi lock from cheap locks yesterday at 11 o/clock it was delivered to me the next day at 11.30 the lock was like for like took the old one out put the new one in and it was no trouble fitting what a service 1st class thank you 🙏

Good quality upvc door lock gearbox. Nothing cheap about these locks other than the price. Next day delivery and excellent communications and service.

Order was a little late, however, was later contacted to be advised that there was a stock issue and generously given a 25% refund. Excellent customer service.

Very friendly staff. I needed a new lock for my garage which arrived the next day. Brilliant company!

Item was sent out quick, however the phone was not answered after trying several times, emails appeared not to be working either but this turned out to be because emails had gone to the junk folder automatically. think some I.T help is needed to fix contact issues.
