We have reviewed your booking and see that you booked this reservation on a US-based website and tickets were issued in USD, which is displayed before purchase and is stated on your email receipt. As your billing address is in Canada, you may be referring to a currency conversion exchange rate from USD to CAD by your bank or financial institution which we do not control. You may also want to check with your financial institution to see if they charged a foreign transaction fee since we are a US based company and charge in US dollars (USD).

I've been using CheapOair for a long time and I have trusted it but now I don't think I got the same service I was expecting.
When I booked my flight I opted to a more expensive airline in ANA airlines but you changed the initial leg of flight to United airline and CheapOair is asking me to pay for my 2nd check-in luggage because of this changed. I was expecting since I've selected ANA I would get the 2 check-in luggage allowance for all the leg of my flight.
