The Chatbot is not working and I am unable to get any confirmation on my request to cancel the flight and the possible refund. This bot has not been working for over a week, which is very frustrating.

very high cancelation fee even 10 minutes after booking. Agent on the phone was very difficult to understand. I will never use this company again. She tried to book me for another flight that wasn't even on their website.
