I had been looking around for a specific Vango tent, after searching over 10 other websites CheapTents were by far the cheapest supplier of the tent.

I RANG FOR INFORMATION ON A PRODUCT, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, VERY EASY TO ORDER ON LINE AND FAST DELIVERY.

My wife needed a particular warm coat before she returned to her studies in Russia. Gareth at CheapTents not only obtained the coat but arranged urgent delivery in time for her travel. Extraordinary service for a good, reviewed, product and at a well-below average price. What more can anyone ask?

The online shopping and ordering system is user-friendly. My chosen product (a Lightwave pack) was well priced and the delivery was as promised. All in all a quick and easy transaction.

I ordered a tent base over the xmas period and the delivery arrived very quickly, which wasn't expected. I had just taken the opportunity to get one as the price was so good. Very happy and is an original item so fits the tent perfectly. Used it on New Years Eve (well it had arrived so shame not to!)

I wanted to buy the North Face's arctic parka and found it at a much better price on cheaptents.com than on the North Face website. Add to that the 10% discount you get on becoming a member, and the parka was no less than a £100 cheaper than in store! Other than that no problem with the delivery and also a good customer service with fast email reply.

This was the only coloured North Face bag I could find on the net. I would have rated it 5 star if the chosen colour had been in stock, however I was contacted by phone and offered an alternative which arrived next day. I would shop there again.

This was the cheapest place I found for MSR camping equipment, which is always good quality and at a decent price.

Ordered on line - goods were well priced and arriverd rpomptly and exactly as described. All through the process the communication was excellent - I always knew how things were progressing.

i ordered on line a padded vest... i had wonderful service... it arrived when they said it would, and is of the highest quality... i couldnt be more happy.

Ordered the tent which I thought was going to arrive within a couple of days. However, cheapertents kept me up to date with stock status and delivery by email regularly. Would definitely use them again as very competitive prices and reasonable postage and packing costs.

I had excellent service from Cheap Tents. Delivery was quick especially as it is the run up to Christmas. Then tent is a Christmas present so I haven't opened it yet, but as it is the one asked for I'm sure it will be great.

I was tracking down a set of SS camping pans which seemed sold out every where else, so was pleased to find them and at a fairly reasonable price. Delivery was quick but a shame it was sent recorded as I had to tramp down to the post office to collect.
