I was looking for some web hosting and I found this one. On my previous web hosting, I always had support whenever I needed it, on this web hosting at this company, support was answering my questions after more than one week when I had to find a different solution, therefore I did not use this service. So it seems to be inactive support. I have asked for a refund and instead of granting my request, I received a question about what is the problem, again days after I had to move web hosting somewhere else. I simply expressed that the service is not fulfilling my expectation and I thought that's enough for a refund, but it seems that they need more than that. In case of going to discuss the topic with someone who may or may not come back, perhaps will be easier to say a general reason. Then I went to their terms and conditions and found clause 20 that says that in the period of 30 days if I am not satisfied that I will be given a full refund. Then I found other things that on PayPal contact email is assigned to websitenic.com and here comes inconsistent information, web pages are with blind text, web page Contact us contains suspicious contact details.
