Booked an end of tenancy clean which claims to ‘guarantee a pass on checkout’. He broke our kitchen cupboard door and the clean did not pass inspection. When we contacted him to arrange a discount or for him to come back to clean the items identified on the checkout report, he blocked my number.
AVOID, not legit and awful customer service.
BEWARE - Dodgy charging scheme. Was asked if carpet was included for quote, said yes. Had carpet removed and was told despite not having to clean it I would be charged the same. Was then very unprofessional and rude on the phone. Avoid
From start to finish Checkout Clean were fantastic, Matt was very responsive and managed to squeeze me in for an end of tenancy clean super quickly. On the day, they arrived on time and did a very thorough job, including the carpets and oven! I would highly recommend!

Excellent service from start to finish. Matthew was very friendly when making the booking and Caroline, who cleaned our home with a lovely gentlemen, we’re excellent. They communicated very well throughout the day and cleaned thoroughly. They were friendly, fantastic at their job and worked extremely hard for about 4 hours to ensure our end of tenancy inspection goes well. I would highly recommend them. Just had a wonderful chat with Matthew. Top bloke! He gave me some fantastic tips on general good practices. I will definitely be using these guys for my checkout towards the end of my tenancy.
