Would not recommend. Paid £13 for a stall and the whole event was not properly advertised. Only had a small banner inside the event space no banners outside on the road to bring customers in. Hardly anyone showed up was basically pointless. Need better advertisements. The Venue also was freezing and no hot drinks were provided. The person hosting didn't come to talk any of the sellers and wasn't approachable.

Thijs, from Cheeky Kiwi, picked us up right in time at 6:15am for our day adventure to Milford Sound. There were about 14 passengers and we made a few stops on the way to the cruise and Thijs made sure we were all comfortable by offering to take photos etc. Thijs gave excellent commentary on the way with plenty of detailed information and perfectly timed spots to see some sights. We arrived at Milford Sound and after receiving our tickets he escorted us to the cruise boat and said he would be there to pick us up after our adventure. The cruise was excellent with a fantastic captain again passing on detailed information on our journey into the Fjord and passing close to magnificent water falls, pointing out seals and other wildlife during the tour. The two crew also made sure we had plenty of tea, coffee etc and delicious biscuits. The lunch provided in the lunch bag included a delicious chicken and salad sandwich, fruit, juice and a nice piece chocolate brownie. On arrival back at the dock Thijs was there to pick us up and we headed back to Queenstown with a couple of short breaks, arriving back at our hotel just after seven PM. What a magnificent day due to Thijs sharing his detailed knowledge of the different spots we stopped at and his wonderful personality, a great day had by all and I would recommend this tour to anyone interested in organising a Milford Sound day trip. I’ve just attended a 2024 Halloween party where it advertised party games, scary disco, sweet hunt and loads more, however it was JUST soft play with music whilst they played. No disco, games or hunt to my knowledge, I am so disappointed at this false advertisement as I told my children they was attending a party and will be playing games.

Very small play area , not much for the older children to do here .more suited to under 6 I would say
Also very expensive !!! When comparing this to our usual soft play (chilly kids at 4.50 a session ) which is double the size

Bought a pair of boots for my Granddaughter for Christmas hardly worn because of lockdown but had a fault .Contacted Helen returned & replaced within a few days first class service.

Helen is so accommodating and helpful - especially during lockdown. It’s been so stressful with a toddler trying to make sure she has shoes that fit whilst her fit grow so quickly.
