We have used cheeky trips a few times now. The last time we went to Portugal and stopped at the Albufeira soul hotel and spa. It was a great hotel we were all inclusive but the room was set up for self catering, really, really comfortable.i recommend cheeky trips. Great value great locations great Holidays.

I would leave no stars if I could absolutely terrible company they should be closed down ripping people off. Myself a friend and auntie saved all year for this holiday. I saw this holiday on website for Malta and told the other 2 people so we decided to book it looked up the hotel and thought it was great payed deposit then about a month later they said the rooms were not available but if we pay an extra £60 each we can upgrade room i said no we cannot afford to we are on a budget I will just have my money back. I was then told I can’t get it back because they are offering an alternative I said no you are not it is more money the person who I think was Indian was very rude and said I either pay or I loose out on the holiday I felt bullied into it so we payed. £600 each staying at pebbles St Paul’s bay Malta. Then a week before flying I get a phone call same accent to tell me there was a problem with hotel and it was over booked how can this be when I upgraded rooms. They informed me of an alternative hotel assuring me it was the same star and same location. I googled accommodation and said it isn’t in same place or same star and reviews were bad I said I want my money back to be told no the have given me the best accommodation available they could of offered worse I still said I want my money back they said I either reply to message that I’m happy with holiday or I lose my money it’s up to me so I had to agree I can’t afford to loose money I have a husband with Hodgkin lymphoma my auntie has ovarian cancer and my friend has a daughter with learning difficulties we needed this holiday. We got there to find hotel terrible and 10 minutes taxi ride from St Paul’s bay. Something needs done about this company scamming people out of hard earned cash

We stayed at the Royal Lagoons Hotel in Egypt, I would definitely go again, the food was good, the entertainment was really good, good drinks, lovely room, great pool, lovely beach. There is a little bus that takes you to the beach and back from the hotel main door every 15/20 minutes so great if you have mobility issues. We had a good time and my grandson said "he felt like he was rich" staying here haha.

I have now booked 3 holidays with my young son through cheeky trip. Everything has been smooth and the hotels have been great. Highly recommend as they are such good prices

The hotel was lovely and clean we seaview which was lovlly sitting looking over the sea. The staff were fantastic if you children the entertainment was brilliant even for us. Could fault the food had load of choices for everyone. The only thing that was at fault was the swimming clean and everything but it was freezing. I said I defo go back if they sorted the pool.

Stayed at Aqua Mirage Club & Aqua Parc staffs was so friendly and nice food was lush and weather was great would definitely visit again.

Nothing but stress and anxiety. Seemed absolutely brilliant at the start, friendly and helpful especially taking your money but then 3 days before we leave they phone to say the hotel is closed and they moved us to another hotel without consulting us! We absolutely were not happy with the hotel they choose and asked for other options including a refund. Originally the staff was just down right ignorant and the tone used was degrading. All we kept getting was it's not our fault and it's not your fault but your not entitled to a refund of any kind and then starting giving us options of other places to stay. Found a place we liked and we ended up charged 180 quid more for something that wasn't our fault but according to this company it's nobody fault. Wife in absolute tears and devastated with how all this has happened it feels we have been presured into a holiday to somewhere we didn't want to go. We have paid for someone else's mistake and only reason we have paid the extra is because they admitted of not giving us a penny and say to contact our insurance which we all know will take months.
Do not use this place I warn you!

They do all the leg work, and very very cheap!

Only had 1 bad experience which was down to the hotel staff not cheeky trips , will 100% use again, in fact I’m actually booking another today 😂

Excellent service, Justin, found us the perfect holiday in our favourite destination in Salou, we are staying in the Santa Monica playa. Great location too. Can't fault Travel Trek or cheeky trips

Do not book with these .. we are in Spain right now and when we got here yesterday they had cancelled our hotel we was completely stranded and no help . Absolutely disgusting to do this to family's but they are doing it and cancelling your accommodation from under you ... avoid avoid avoid we have had to pay our hotel 2000 euros because there was no flight home yesterday ..

total scammers from word go , all smoke and mirrors to get you in the state of booking , when I questioned were head office was I was told London when I spoke to about the tenth person who all had indian accents I asked where they was based in London he replied Luton ........ dont touch this boiler room operation wth a barge pole ! the world we live in full of cheats and scummy trying to take your holiday money RIP Cheeky you wont last !

Absolutely brilliant company cheekmonkey is turkey Spain this year cheapest around the only thing would say is watch the add-ons at the end of booking other than that excellent Customer service 🫶

Firstly I seen a really good deal advertised through Facebook. I went on the website to see how much it would come to and was contacted within 2 mins of me looking. Holiday sounded great for a family of 3 coming in at £1,200 so I paid the deposit of £600. I received no confirmation email or anything so was really worried at this point. I contacted customer service to be reassured by Daniel that I will receive confirmation once the holiday was paid for. Slightly worrying considering how much money you are handing over. I was contacted a few months later to say the company they had booked the holiday through had gone bust and I needed to pay more money. I requested to cancel the holiday to be told I was unable to do so. By the end the holiday ended up costing me £1,900 and it’s a good job I kept an eye on how much I had paid because they always told me the wrong amount when I contacted trying to get more. We did have a lovely holiday however u would NEVER book through cheeky trip again.

ive used cheeky trips 3 times never had an issue. Yes they cater unique holiday packages for alot less money and if you dont do your reaserch on were your going i.e hotel and so on then its kinda your fault.
The book your flights they book your transfers and they book your hotel all under 1 company. If you have a brain which most people dont seem to then you would be fine. You pay for what you get which is a very basic service. But it works and saves hundreds. Ive been to spain twice through them once all inclusive and once half board and ive been to tenerife once all inclusive. All 3 holidays were perfect. The hotels are all mainly at the lower end of 3 to 4 stars. But you can tweek each holiday by selecting what hotel you wana stay at.

You get a atol certificate
You get flight details
You get transfer voucher from airport to hotel
And you get a hotel voucher to present upon arrival.

Very easy very simple. 100% legit. But all i will say is its up to you on were you go and which hotel. So do your own reaserch on the hotels in the area you wana stay at.

We spent 5 nights 6 days in the hotel Bali . Its was our honeymoon as we married on September the 7th . Although out of the mayhem the hotel was lovely and the food excellent . Clean and tidy staff were very pleasant and the hotel had some lovely shops were of course I brought a dress . We will definately be returning here this coming year lesley Wayland
