The customer service was extremely poor and the ability to revise your order is very difficult. It’s unfortunate as the meals are good, but the system is just too hard to get to work correctly and customer service was awful.

Incredibly high quality meals with a fantastic price point! I'm a first time mum and Chef Good has made my life so much easier with a little one, particularly lunches when I'm at home by myself all day. It's so assuring knowing my fridge and freezer are always full of fresh, high quality, handmade meals, so I have no reason not to take 10 minutes to warm one up and sit down to eat it. My friend made an order and asked if there's any meals I've had that aren't that great, and I can honestly say that every single one is delicious! I personally recommend Chef Good to all my family and friends, and it makes me so happy to see my friends gifting meal plans to expected mothers they know too, to make their life easier and keep them nourished as we look after our little ones.

Love the quality of these meals. Each week the quality remains high, unlike some other meal companies. Ordering online is simple, and delivery is also consistent. If you have any questions, the communication process has always been prompt and easy. I’ve been able to save so much time each week by having these meals ready to go in the fridge. I’m also able to ensure I’m eating the right food and the right amounts each week rather than skipping meals or buying take away.

Don't waste your time. My first delivery went fine but I've tried 3 times to get a second one and 3 times it didn't show up. As others have said, their customer service is a joke... no one returns your request for contact and you have to spend ages on hold on the phone or in chat to speak to a real person. Last time I got through to someone I explained that my delivery had been having issues and could she please confirm this third time it would come through. She did, in writing, but still nothing. Now I have to go through the whole on hold thing again just to sort this out because they haven't responded to message (oh yeah, no customer service over the weekend either, when a lot of us who work full time schedule our deliveries).

Save your time and money and go to any one of the other fine meal delivery companies. I have, and they actually bring you food when they say they will.

Absolutely love these meals! The convenience of them makes my life a lot easier! Plus they taste great! Highly recommend.

I have been on the Chefgood meals now for 4 weeks and it has saved me so much time for meal prep. Normally I would do grocery shopping, prep for 2 hours and STILL have to cook dinner for the family. These meals are so tasty, I highly recommend these meals!

This is my first time doing Chefgood and I wish I had started sooner... I'm currently on a health and fitness journey for an upcoming holiday and Chefgood's Slim&Trim offering has made it SO easy to eat clean and healthy. I'm honestly addicted and highly recommend giving it a go!
