Received mattress that looks completely different to photo and different to description. Feels cheap. Terrible/non-existent customer service. I have tried emailing , online contact form, multiple phone calls and no response. They take away people’s old mattresses to ‘recycle’ and it would not surprise me if this is an old mattress that they have put a cheap new cover over. Not impressed at all. What a scam.

Didn’t get the mattress in the picture when I sleep on it the sides squash over my bed most uncomfortable thing I’ve slept on I’ve got to buy a new one now really unhappy and man who delivered it was really unhelpful I think they are reject mattresses that’s why they are so cheap!

I have gave this review a 1* because I never actually received my order and finished up cancelling.
This company Bed World /Chelsea Bed Company have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered the mattress on the 7th
of April and had not received it by 17th.
Trying to contact this company is very hard work whether by email, telephone,or chat, they either don't reply never answer the phone or if you get an answer after 20/30 minutes they lie to you about when you are getting your delivery, and say the courier's will get in touch but they never do.
So I finished up cancelling and ordered a mattress from a more reliable company.

Fantastic mattress for such a great price we are extremely pleased with it! I also emailed a couple of times and found the customer service great! Will definitely use in future.

Excellent mattress and as described at a very good price. Did ask for Thursday/Friday delivery any week but told over the phone I would receive on the coming Wednesday meaning I had to arrange for someone to be there. Consequently The poor delivery driver had to carry on his own. Would however certainly use again without hesitation

Fantastic luxurious mattress at a bargain price. Fine quality materials and firm support. I would have give it 5 star if the driver hadn't let me down collecting only the old mattress but not the old bed as booked. Refund given for the missed collection.

Mattresses looked good on website but the one received is of inferior quality - I think possibly a reject. Material and stitching are completely different and it is 3" shorter and 2" narrower than my standard double base. Top and bottom are also different sizes - sides slope! It is also hard - not soft as advertised. Terms and conditions state:- 1. Images are for illustration purposes only. 2. If customer wishes to cancel after receiving goods because of any reason there will be a charge of £158. 3. Firmness ratings are given by us based on comparison of our products. This is my very worst internet buy.

Super comfortable King Size - although I would rate it medium rather then medium to hard. Highly recommended.
