Long delays concerning shipping and little to no communication about what was happening with my order. I will have to consider different options next time I buy Chelsea gear.

Love getting the chance to support all the way from Australia. Orders always arrive promptly, great deals and I love the range (always go overboard ordering for the kids!). Never had any issues, very reliable.

It was simple to find what I wanted and easy to purchase. Can't wait to purchase from here again.

No shipping in Kazakhstan, I ordered in August training form, after one month I tried to order new form, and I saw that there is no shipping in my country any more

Ordered the new away kit for my grandsons on the 1st of September, they informed me it would ship in 2 to 3 days or if customised it would take 3 to 5 days, 1 of the kits took a month to be delivered the other kit still hasn't arrived after 2 months , but still Evan now on the website it says shipes in 2to3 days I have emailed Chelsea mega store & asked them, if I order the new away kit now how long would it take, & they still tell me 3to 5 days, so I said in that case can you explain to me why my order is still processing after two months, they apologized & Said they have relocated the warehouse to Manchester and are having some teething troubles ,so I said so when fans/customers ask you how long merchandise takes to ship don't tell them two to three days or three to five days tell them you don't know if you don't know , be honest & customers can decide whether to order from you or elsewhere, total let down ,unprofessional, it is very sad that my poor little 6 year old grandson as been asking me every day when his football kit is coming & I can't even tell him, outrageous service.

Ordered the new Chelsea kit with Chilwell on back (apparently this is customised) for my sons bday. Said it would take 2 weeks, it's now been 4 weeks (missed my sons bday) and when I contacted them online all they say is its been delayed, can't give a reason, offered a 15% discount on future merch, why would I buy online again!!! Certainly won't be doing that, just want the bloody kit delivered!!!

BEWARE anyone thinking of buying off the online store, especially in the run up to Christmas, guaranteed to not arrive in time. Go to a store or buy a different teams kit

So disappointed with the service, absolutely rubbish!!

Made an order for two shirts. It said 6-8 days delivery. They charged the payment the day after. After a month still no package from the store. I contacted them by mail, but they didnt answer my questions. Went online and join the chat on the website. They avoided answering my questions but said they couldnt give any indication at all to when i would receive my order. When i then said i would like to cancel my order, they just closed down the chat without any reply. I wrote them afterwards, again asking for my order to be cancelled. Still no answer or feedback and the order still stands as processing on the site. And no refund given. They still send adds and new deals to me, where they confirm that my order is still ongoing.

I thought i had been hustled but the order is on the official site.

Looks like it not just on the field this club is becoming a joke.

Pre - ordered shirt - on 16 August - its now 6 September 2023 and its not arrived and their customer service will not tell me when it will arrive and refuses to let me escalate my issue to a supervisor.

I expect better from Chelsea.

Order never arrived, useless customer service, complaints process non-existent. Do not use the megastore for online orders!!! Wish I'd read these reviews before ordering off them.

I will never buy a football shirt through the Chelsea store ever again.
I’ve waited 2 weeks for my order now. Evri messed up my delivery and must have just left the parcel on my doorstep when I live on a busy road. So currently I’ve paid £80 for a shirt which I don’t even have nor do I have any idea when I will be receiving it or whether they will refund me.
Customer service is awful, so pissed off. It’s the most expensive shirt they’ve ever released, I buy it thinking it’s going to be a positive season and it’s a nice shirt we have this season and I don’t receive it.

In future just go to your local town and buy it out of a shop!!!!

Ordered 3 items, all adult which included a OFA adult hat. They sent a kids hat. Tried to contact them but the chat customer room non existent. I gave up and gave one of my kids the hat instead. Won’t be ordering from them again. You are best going into the shop, but the online order system a joke.

Took them one week to deliver internationally, actually had a good tracking system that shows location and not just which part of the delivery

They send me an email asking me to tell them, refund or replacement ❓ I send an email telling them I really like the shirt and would prefer a replacement. Got an email from them today saying a refund had been ordered, these people are a bunch of morons and the majority of them should be signing-on….. they are worse than the Chelsea team have been this season.

Worst service possible! My delivery was split into two and I have only received 1 item and there is no one to contact and their useless bot doesn’t help at all I WILL NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Really poor online delivery times , 3 weeks for a top in stock !
