The records package can be improve especially when shipping international.
More stronger record stiffer (package) is a must.

Our order of 10-04-2014 has not been delivered. Webisite of Chemical Records is down and they do not answer the phone and emails.

I ordered three records and got some one week later. Because of poor packaging all covers of my records where damaged. I send them an email claim and always got the answer, that my email was blank !*? So I decided never ever buy again in this shop. Be careful !

Last month I made my first order through chemical, existing of three records. First of all there went something wrong with the payment. I had to change currency from euro's to pounds, eventually the amounts did not match. This was not your, nor my fault, but the delay it gave was... a bit long. it took a week or so to process and to clear everything up.

Then when the package came, the vinyls were allright but the sleeves were completely messed up.. the corners were completely bended and with one there was a small rip in it. there was only a small sign saying 'fragile', so the mail staff mustn't have seen it. So my tip for you is: make the package stronger!!

So, my experience is 50/50. Not bad but also not 100% satisfied.

Easily found my product on their good website, Ordered with no fuss or problems, it was dispatched quickly and arrived well wrapped and quality product.

I ordered an Eastpak backpak as a Christmas pressie. Unfortunately it did not arrive when expected so I contacted Chemical and explained. Had to fill in a decalration and they sent another in time for Christmas - the original one never turned up so I hope it ended up back with Chemical! Thanks for all your help - saved a lot of hassle for me!

Spent over £100 last week on clothes had an email following day to say my items have been posted. Still not received and now hearing they have possibly gone into administration. Very disappointing :( Used chemical many times before and always been bang in with deliveries etc... Looks like trying charge back through my bank.
