On 10 December i ordered a package of 29 Vinyls...
I don't know how but here (in Israel) the postal told me you're write wrong adress and the package's return to you...
You send me last month another package with only 8 vinyls and say the other items is not in stock...
I don't guilty, it's your problem that you write a wrong adress...
buy the way, i still not get my original order. Two and a half months !!!!!!!

We're sorry to hear that you have had a bad experience with this order. From your tracking information I can see that the order arrived in Tel Aviv on 23/12/2013 where it then took Isreal Post until 22/01/2014 to realise that the item had 'INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS' at which point they sent it back to us.
The address you supplied was printed direct from the order to the address label. There is no writing labels, or copying and pasting information and no point of failure. The only way the address label could differ to what you have supplied is if it was ripped off or damaged by the courier.
I can only apologise for this gross failing of the delivery system. We have sent a replacement package out to you on 23/01/14, which I hope you have now received and the value for the out of stock items and postage was refunded back to your card.
We always strive to ensure you recieve the service we are renowned for but occasionally, due in most part to circumstances beyond our control, it can fall short of expectation. However, if you feel we have got something wrong, please feel free to contact us.

I'm using chemical for 5 years now and I never had any bad expierence witch chemical. Delivery always quick, good service, huge amount of products. I buy on chemical almost everything from vinyl, clothes and equipment. On few products I relised price is higher then in other shops but not as much like is gonna make big difference. I would apriciate some sort of regulars card but is not nessesary anyway.
