I placed an order Monday 20/01/25 and today Is Friday 24/01/25 and my item is still waiting to be despatched, I've tried contacting them and had no reply if I'd known it would take so long to despatch a tube of cream I would never had ordered from them. Just not good enough especially when you have to pay for delivery, free delivery and a short wait time OK but not when you have to pay.
Ordered some medication and the only way the site would accept my order was to double up the order. I received the half order but have not received any refund despite the order containing a note saying they would refund my part order.. I have had no communication from the company and they have not responded to my emails or phone calls.

Ordered readily available product from this company and paid by credit card. My card was charged. Company offered overseas delivery. THey contacted me 4 days later to say they did not have any SUDOCREM in stock. I do not believe they could not have sudocrem in stock, it is such a common product. The real issue is that I live in Brazil and they probably undercharged me for freight, which is their issue. Very poor company, I was left waiting for days and now will not receive my product in time. DO NOT USE.
