Still waiting for my delivery over a…

Still waiting for my delivery over a week now and no information from chemist direct ??your review has come in before the product ?

I have checked the tracking with Evri, and this shows that delivery was made yesterday to your 'garage'

Placed an order for an item

Placed an order for an item, paid in full and still haven't received my goods despite it being well past the delivery date. Sent an email request information on why I have not received my goods and when it will arrive but zero response. I am being bombarded with emails to leave a review so here it is.
Save your time and money and purchase from a different company that will fulfill their customer requirements.
At the moment I can honestly say I feel like I have been conned and will never order from this company again.

Our team are a little busier than usual, but I will ensure this is fed back.

I've checked the tracking, and unfortunately, it has been stuck at their local hub for a while, so I have asked them to stop and return this parcel if it can be located.

In the meantime, please let us know if you would prefer a full refund or a replacement order. If you opt for replacement, I can send this via express delivery for you.
