The wool arrived on time and was easy to track. Great for what I was making

Really helpful, quick delivery and amazing quality thanks!!

Great quality wool at a fantastic price and great delivery process and time

The wool is gorgeous, very prompt and easy company to deal with.

Quick efficient service

Great wool received quickly

Four stars as I couldn’t fault the service
The wool is lovely and soft and great to crochet
Unfortunately if you do make a mistake and have to undo the quality changes even when sewing up

Great quality yarns, affordable and delivery typically within 3days... Perfect!

Great quality yarn. Just what I wanted. Arrived quickly in excellent condition

Came so so quickly, I’m so amazed, and with this lockdown going on, I was expecting at least a week and it came the day after I’d ordered it!
The quality of the wool is fantastic, and so cheap! Made up!
Only slight problem, which is why I haven’t given 5 stars is that the colour of the yarns are slightly different to online, ordered 2 different wools both described as grey, one is more of a lavender and the other is a slight blue!
Not really an issue for me as I think they’re still quite sweet colours, but potentially would ask for samples next time, if it was something important!
