Awful, rude & money grabbing !

Awful, rude, money grabbing!
Marked as 1 star as I couldn’t give zero. My wife booked a pottery experience for herself and 3 young children , the youngest being 7. The four of them bought the experience and paid for the Potts they decorated which were all approx £12 . My wife asked my to sit with the youngest child to help them. No big deal you would think but I was then charged , even though I didn’t decorate a pot. Apparently they charge for additional seats used …. Now during the entire time we were there there was 14 spare seats , sometimes more. Awful to think that a single parent or large family had booked for their child/ children and were charged more just for taking up a seat as they needed to help their child!
When I stated I was just going to help their child youngest I was just told I have to pay if I go into that area…. No rational explanation given , no empathy demonstrated. … disgusting approach to customer service.
