Shirt stained itself
I love the products but was disappointed when I washed the butter yellow shirt with blue trim. The blue bled and stained the yellow shirt. This seems unavoidable as it's the same shirt, I can't seperate the trim from the shirt for washing.

I am very satisfied with my order from Cherry Kitten! I ordered around eight T-shirts, and everything worked perfectly. All the sizes fit great, and the personalizations were done exactly the way I wanted.

My shipment arrived 5 months late
Finally, after 5 months, my shipment has arrived.
I’m a loyal customer from Chile, I have bought several times because I love your T-shirts. However, I’m writing to share some feedback regarding the shipping process, which has significantly changed due to new Chilean tax regulations effective since October 2025.
My recent order took 5 months to arrive (from November to April). Additionally, because Cherrykitten is not yet registered with the Chilean Internal Revenue Service (SII - Servicio de Impuestos Internos), I had to pay 19% VAT plus administrative fees directly to the local post office and pick up the package in person at a branch.
Other global platforms have already registered under the "Simplified Tax Regime" (IVA a los Servicios Digitales / Comercio a Distancia). This allows them to collect the 19% VAT directly at checkout.
The benefits for Cherrykitten would be:
1. Faster Customs Clearance: Packages from registered companies go through a "green channel," arriving in weeks instead of months.
2. Door-to-door Delivery: Customers won't have to go to a post office to pay taxes manually.
3. Better Customer Experience: No hidden costs or delays for your Chilean fans.

I love your products and would love to keep buying from you, but the current 5-month wait makes it very difficult. I think I'll consider not buying until you can do the registration 😢. I hope you consider this registration to improve the experience for all your Chilean customers. Thank you!
