AVOID ❌❌❌ this place at all costs – this garage charged me for a major service but never actually carried it out. It is an absolute scam.

I brought my well-maintained Audi A1 in for a major service + MOT. Before releasing my car, they called me claiming I “needed” coolant liquid, brake fluid, and rear brake pads, trying to charge an extra £260. I refused.

Then they wrote on my MOT report that my rear brake pads were 80% worn. Two weeks later, I bought my own brake pads and had them changed by a mechanic with 25 years’ experience — they were nowhere near 80% worn, I still had at least 50% life left.

THEY DIDN’T CARRY OUT THE ENGINE OIL SERVICE AT ALL.
The oil filter was untouched and clearly my old one — you can even tell by sight. Only 300 miles after the so-called “service,” my oil was thick, dirty, and clearly old.

They take advantage of customers who don’t check their car or don’t know much about cars, assuming even well-maintained vehicles will run for thousands of miles without the lack of service being noticed.

When I confronted them, they kept lying, insisting the service was done and telling me I’d need lab testing to prove otherwise. They even claimed they could get Google to delete negative reviews. They clearly know how to scam customers and handle complaints when people find out.

After BookMyGarage stepped in, they still couldn’t provide proper CCTV — because the service never actually took place in the first place! That’s a joke. The “footage” they eventually sent was wrong date, wrong car — a blatant attempt to cover up that they never carried out the service.

With BookMyGarage’s help, I finally got a refund — because they could not provide any proof that the service was carried out, neither invoices for parts nor CCTV footage.
This clearly proves that they never carried out the service in the first place.

This place is disgraceful. Do not go here.

Booked through a Servicing Stop website. I just wanted an annual Full Service. But nothing has been done. They collected the car late, then called to advised a £400 extra work to be done, which I refused, also sent me a picture of some kind of special long oil they put in the car, which I pay extra £29.99 (completely Rib off) because no oil has been change.
After few weeks the car is giving me the notification that "Service to be done" and I took it back to the garage and guess what they've done? The guy just RESET the screen settings so the sign desappear for a while but always come back. I believe they never done any Service at all. Only take your money and your car will seat there for hours without being touch. Pluss the garage looks very doggy. Never again!

This garage is working with what I only can describe UK biggest motoring scam servicingstop ltd. They are yet to be exposed but trust me it is going to happen soon. They charged me almost £700 on first service and MOT on 3 year old electric BMW that done only 1500 miles insisting on extra work that needed to be done that of course was a complete lie. My car came back filthy and further more no extra work was carried out at all.Total scammers Avoid avoid avoid 😡😡

Shane and crew are bloody amazing!
My car was in a dealership garage for weeks and when I called Shane and explained what was happening he said we’ll look into the issue.
So I arranged for my car to be taken to chertsey services and Shane and crew kept me informed and due to a little snag on the vehicle meant it took a little longer but in 2 weeks I got my car back & it feels like new!
Better than 5 weeks of nothing in a dealership!

Booked through Servicing Stop. Car picked an hour late. Got a phone call from Servicing Stop to say the car needed almost £800 worth of parts and work !! The inference was that the stuff was needed for the car to pass the MOT. On contacting the garage direct, we were told the car had already passed the MOT. The car was returned later the same day after having a "Major Service" according to the paperwork. The oil filter had not been changed. Unbelievable! How can a mechanic change the oil and leave the old filter! I phoned but got no reply so emailed. Someone who said they were from Servicing Stop, checked the filter and took the car to a main agent elsewhere to have a new filter fitted, but the same oil, which would have been contaminated by the stuff in the old filter. Now I'm left wondering what else they didn't do for the "full service". Run a mile from this place, and servicing stop, who tried to rip us off for £800. Any garage mechanic who changes oil and not filter, is a danger to customers. I wouldn't let them cut my grass! Cowboys. As a last complaint, the car, which left my driveway washed thoroughly, was returned filthy ,with mud right up to the roof. Major service comes with wash and vacuum? Yeah, right.

Always on time at very good prices and excellent caring service. Have been using for a few successful years for all the family vehicles.

Got booked in super fast.
Car serviced and MOT was told a price on the phone of all in £187.10 as the MOT would be free as it was major service
Arrived to be told it's £189+ VAT which was the total of £226.80 whereas if I book online it would give me the total still of £187.10. Also said major service comes with free wash and hoover this was not done
Happy with being booked in so fast and job being done, not happy about being misinformed of price and not having the free wash and hoover

If I could give zero stars I would if I could swear I totally would , worst experience ever, awful service as in there wasn't any , booked online for pm gets there 1/4 to one , everyone's about to go on lunch , manager not there , only a driver who called him and I was told car would be ready by 5 , so miles from home or any shops we are stranded in chertsey but think it's OK it's only 4 hours , and a cab home n back was £32 , so we waited around in the area , got back to them at half 5 , told car not done it's staying here isn't it no I said hence I'm here to get it I was told 5 !!! Well it's not done I'm told bluntly, I said get my keys get me my car , I'm disgusted with you , whole day wasted in the freezing cold which would of been worth it had the car been fixed !!! Useless absolutely useless , the driver didn't know why we had been booked in as they were so busy when I said I done it on their website he says i have no idea what it looks like !! He's never seen the website of the place he works ?? No one answers the phone I called in the morning before I left and twice later on , no answer , again no service , so how can they control their appointments without communication between other sites you can book on for them , their own website and if you are lucky the phone , no communication between them at all , absolutely disgusting, I used to have them do my mot but never again never plus it come back from the mot with one of my rear lights not working which was something they were supposed to have done I wouldn't recommend these people to my worst enemy

Booked through service stop and paid substantial amount for service and additional items.

However car has come back with 4 fault lights on:
1. Service light.
2. Battery light
3.Tyre pressure light
4. Lighting fault.

Can not get a hold of service stop and will attempt garage direct but do not have high hopes.

My son's car engine blew up and we thought it was a write off until we took it to Chertsey Services.
Despite our belief the car couldn't be fixed, it’s now running better than it ever did before the blow up.
I can 100% recommend Shane and the team as being honest and highly skilled, and will definitely use Chertsey Services again.

I cannot fault the level of service i received from Chertsey Service Centre. My vehicle had to go back as a warning light appeared on the dashboard, and they very quickly resolved the issue. A job well done !!!!

Great service from Chertsey Service Centre for car service and MOT. Good price too. I will certainly use them again.

The team here are professional and polite. I called them after being told by several other garages that my car was basically a write off. They promised to be able to fix it for a fraction of the cost of the other places and they did. They let me know how they were getting on and there were no hidden charges. The work was of a great quality, and they even cleaned the car before returning it, and as I have a dog three kids and two horses it was hideous inside and out. I will only use them in future. Your car, whatever make it is, is an important part of running your life, and for the first time in a long time I felt like I could trust the team working on it, to give me an honest and good service to get it back in the road with the minimum of fuss. I’m genuinely happy with the the whole experience, and I would recommend any Range Rover drivers to use them.

After only 4 years and 38,000 miles the turbo on my BMW was diagnosed by BMW as faulty. CSC massively undercut the BMW dealer price and provided a far higher level of customer service. Shane took the time to explain the issue and said that I would need to leave my car with him for 3 or 4 days, on day 3 I received a call that the car was fixed and ready to collect. The car is now running better than ever and I will definitely be using CSC for all car servicing going forward.

Broke down and RAC took me to this garage.
My troublesome Leon was well cared for and professionally dealt with. The fault was not easy to diagnose but with patience and attention to detail it was found and fixed.
Other garages could not find the issue and many just gave up but CS did not.
I was very impressed with Sherlane and his crew, always polite and easy to deal with and a fair price also. I would highly recommend this establishment.

Amazing service as usual, serviced both mine and my sons car, and fixed my husbands so could have been a stressful week, but delt with everything very professionally and done above and beyond to keep costs low.

If I could give this garage a ZERO star I would.

Unorganised from the start. Late to open up, no apology, no info taken and no call after my service and MOT was carried out.

No urgency what so ever then returned my car in worse conditions than when I gave it in. Spoke to various mechanics after work was carried out to get their take on it and was advised that is was lazy and dangerous work.

On fixing my vehicle on the problems they created, not once were they empathetic or would keep me up to date. It was a get it done and give it back so we never have to speak to you again type job and again still a lazy finish.

I could go in to much for detail however I will NEVER be using this garage again.
