The delivery was late
The delivery was late, I was allowed to order an item which was out of stock.
I also requested a personal note be put in the hamper which was also missing. All in all, I’m disappointed with the service provided.

Easy ordering but slight issue on offers
The ordering process was smooth and the items arrived very quickly.
Just one slight criticism, I ordered 5 truckles and within a few hours noticed on social media that there was an offer of reduced price for ordering 6 truckles. This could have been pointed out at the time, the only thing mentioned when ordering was about getting free delivery for purchase over £35, I did not want to add extra to my order to take advantage of this.

Quality cheese, fast delivery.
I ordered this as a present for a friend, who is a real cheese lover.... Choosing the different truckles was really easy, and quite fun, and the ability to turn it in to a a mini hamper by adding a half bottle of port was really good.
Checkout was straightforward, as was creating an account... Delivery, even to the Highlands was super-fast, so great effort from the Cheshire Cheese Company, in staying on top of their orders... The whole box arrived in excellent condition, and was really well received by the recipient.. Will definitely use Cheshire Cheese Company again....
