Great products excellent service particularly Clair from the Sales team

I could not fault the service from this Company. When I had an issue with the quality of my (expensive) slabs, James, the sales manager, was quick to respond and did everything he could to sort out my problem. I have dropped a star, however, because of issues with the product, but to be fair, these were not of the Company’s making as the full pallet arrived sealed as exported from India. I would, therefore, be happy to buy from them again.

iv just changed to using this company from my regular supplier as they could not for fill my order I would like to give a big thanks to the two ladies who sorted my order out Clair and Kelly nothing was to much from walking in to leaving this is my new go to supplier

If I could give 0 i would. Place order online, paid for delivery which showed it could be delivered within 2 days (20th May) 1 week later no follow up or email or call to say its not in stock. Basically they order from their supplier after youve paid up. They dont hold stock or make that clear. Called up 4 times, i was told the manager would call back and then nothing. Finally an email to say it would arrive on 2nd June. Today another email asking if i still wanted the order. Again i had to ask delivery date. Told me it would come in on the 8th of June but wasn't clear. Poor rude customer service agent, no apologies from her. Please dont order online from these scammers. Builder came and went twice. Rude emails from a customer service agent Kelly. Despicable and incompetent. Dont bother buying from this company, go to Lnd stone, much more customer orientated and confirmed delivery within minutes of placing order. Not like these drones

I visited Cheshire Sandstone showroom In Warrington for some ideas and inspiration and to see the porcelain they had on display
I had looked on their website previously many times, but i am more of a touch and feel type of shopper especially when making very large expensive purchases.
Plus, at that point I really needed some inspiration too. The sales person I spoke with at the showroom was Claire
she was amazingly helpful showing me all of the different types of porcelain inside and outside of the showroom which I found really helpful to see the porcelain in the natural daylight
but in addition to this she was very helpful with giving me some design ideas and showing me different colour combinations and able to show me lots of different ideas from photos taken from Instagram of landscapers using Cheshire Sandstone products
She was also very helpful in giving me some samples to take home, so that I could see them in my own garden.
Which that was very helpful to see the porcelain In my garden in the different types of natural day light
In the end I chose Overland Sand and Overland Silver with a double boarder in the smaller tiles, with a bespoke patio area mainly in Silver for underneath my aluminium pergola
The ordering of products was very quick and simple with next day delivery
The delivery was also very quick and accurate with no problems
The driver was also very helpful when unloading the materials as my driveway is a very difficult shape and he took extra care to not damage any grass when unloading the porcelain with the Hiab
Overall, I would definitely recommend using Cheshire Sandstone

I have been using Cheshire sandstone for a number of years, they have a great selection of materials , I would highly recommend a visit to their showroom on Winwick Road Warrington.
My most recent order which was 70 metres of porcelain slabs 1200x600 overland dark, was ordered on Monday , delivered on Tuesday , exceptional service !!
