I seen Greg for around 8 weeks to help me battle my anxiety demons. He has helped me to become the person I always used to be before anxiety hit. He helped me understand exactly what anxiety is and what it does to your mental and physical health, he also helped me to cope a lot better with this in my day to day life. I for one found it hard to accept I was suffering anxiety as I thought I was genuinely ill, but seeing Greg was my first step to getting the help I needed. He is a very calming and understanding person to talk to, I would highly recommend him to anybody, if he can help someone else as much as he’s helped me.
