Don't touch this company

Was booked to do some work for me 7 months ago. Cancelled on the day and couldn't give me a firm date, and with other works planned, I asked to cancel with refund of deposit. Said that was no problem. The money never arrived. A ccj was awarded against the company which has also gone unpaid. This guy has 7 unresolved ccjs registered against his home address currently and probably more against his business address (mine being one). He has multiple businesses and has had many many businesses which have been dissolved.
I put a review on his Facebook page which he removed and then blocked me. In the short time the feedback was available, I was contacted by 2 others who were having problems with him - unpaid deposits and poor workmanship.
I wish I'd never met him
