We received our single seat and double…
We received our single seat and double seat sofa in March 2022 and were placed in our snug which has very little use. Since the energy crisis we have used the snug as our main room. The sofa has had some use during this time, however the cushions on the sofa and chair have compressed and do not return to their original shape making the chairs uncomfortable. We emailed CofE for some help in December 2022 and follow up phone calls, neither has been responded to.
We have now taken the cushions to an upholsterers. They have found that the cushions are filled with cheap wadding as opposed to upholstery foam, this is why the cushions do not return to their original shape. This company has not helped us with our issue and customer after sales service is non existent. We have solved the issue ourselves

I have ordered sofas on Feb22. I was informed on Jun22, that my sofas are prepared.
On Oct22 I have add all necessary infos for delivery to Slovakia.
But until todday, without any response. I tried to contact them more time, but without any reaction.
I do not recommend.

Ordered items in September
Ordered items in September -22, delivery time said on website 6 weeks, or up to 10 weeks. They do not answer e-mails or whatsapp messages. Chat on website they seem to reply. Now almost 16 weeks passed from order. 2 weeks ago got information by chat items should be ready the following week (~14 weeks from order), now newest estimate 3 weeks from now -> ~19 weeks from order.
Will edit review when items arrive.
update:
Furniture arrived in end of April finally, but not all the items ordered (leather care kit) and also some problem with sofa feet. Not answering e-mails... Furniture itself feels and looks good. Delivery times and customer service is not acceptable.

Damaged furniture - took 1 year to resolve
Our sofa and chairs were delivered a year ago in November 2021 and arrived with noticeable damage, the worst being a rip in one of the sofa cushions. I have been in back and forth email contact with Callum Tombs ever since. I have phoned their office on several occasions and been told I’ll receive a call back - the call never comes. All I’ve been asking for is a replacement cushion and some kind of partial refund/compensation for the mistakes made and stress caused. The customer service is dire and I have been fobbed off at every turn. Chesterfields are quite happy to deliver damaged products and then leave customers high and dry. I have given up hope that this will ever be resolved and I’m left with damaged products that cost me thousands of pounds. I will never use this company again and would advise others never to use this company.
Update 05/11/22: Callum arranged for a partial refund and replaced the sofa cushion. It took 12 months but the issue is now resolved.

They even arranged for my old suite to be removed as I am disabled.free of charge !

They don't care.
After the initial sale is made, Chesterfields of England really don't care about your experience with them as a customer.
I've been around a while now, and I've dealt with fantastic businesses, mediocre , and abysmal. Chesterfields of England unfortunately fall into the latter category.
We purchased our sofa, chair and stool during the pandemic (2020). It was rocky waters from the start. The company did not meet their original deadline and went far beyond the estimated delivery date. You could forgive most businesses during this torrid time; however it took email after email to get anywhere with this company. It was so bad at one point I thought it was possibly a scam site.
Eventually the delivery arrived. The products whereas advertised and met our standards (although they did not exceed them). We had some initial creaking sound on the 4 seater but we thought maybe this would settle down with use. It got worse and is now very audible when moving or sitting on the sofa. As another reviewer has mentioned the furniture comes with a 10-year warranty on Frames, but it appears the company really has no interest in supporting customers or their products and will do everything in their power to fob you off.
I have chased them since June this year (2022) regarding the noise issue, there is still no solution here (despite the frame warranty) I was advised I could return the furniture , but I fear we wouldn't get it back for an age and sitting on the floor is not ideal. See Craig McKissick's review on this website he sums it up perfectly.
Since this issue, I now have had a button come off the stool , I alerted Chesterfields of England on Monday (15/08/2022) I've not had any correspondence back. I have included images of the button and sound files (for the other fault).
Once they have your money Chesterfields of England are done with you. We'll be taking this further and letting people know via social media channels to avoid them.
I am not interested in returning any of the furniture (other then for a refund) I have given the option of onsite repair or partial refund.
If Chesterfields of England do not respond in the next week, we shall take our complaint to trading standards and anyone else who will listen.

Great product, terrible customer service
My sofa had a few buttons pop and the feet broke- after three months of emails, they took it away for repair and now after nearly 5 months since it’s been taken away I still don’t have it back. The products are amazing (when they don’t break) but the customer service is terrible. They have a ten year guarantee but by the time you get your sofa back it might not be valid. It’s frankly unacceptable. I haven’t been able to have people over to my house, it’s embarrassing. They offered a temporary sofa and never followed up on it. They’ve offered me no compensation- when they do get in touch with me they just build my hopes up that I’m getting it back but then just ignore my replies when I point out that I still have no sofa. They say it’s COVID supply problems but they happily took it off me with no material to fix it. It’s got to the point I’m thinking about going through the consumer rights act to try and get my money back. I wish I was giving it 5 stars as the product deserves it but since the buttons have popped and the feet broke it’s only been downhill. Hugely disappointed, cannot recommend! I hate to have to do this, as it’s not my nature but I feel strongly that people take heed from my review and get a Chesterfield from somewhere else.
