Placed an order with this company on April 26 and it has never arrived. They advertise that you will receive order in 10 business days.

I placed an order, some of my items arrived within a couple weeks and then I had some items that didn’t arrive at all. Tried contacting them to see where my item was located and received no reply, still have not received my item and have not received a refund!!

It was slow but was worth the wait I love it😍😘

I received my order quickly and love the items I ordered! I will definitely order again!

Ordered a pair of shoes and because they were so cheap I half didn't expect them to come. They arrived a couple of weeks later (as promised) and I have worn them several times, no problems. Going to order again

Two of my items came within about 3 weeks. I'm still waiting on my third item even though I ordered them at the same time! Quality was cheap, but ok for the price!!!

I recommend this web site to people from everywhere. I am from Morocco, I ordered some items from there and the received items are of great quality.

I ordered about 11 t-shirts from them. I was a little nervous at first! But they all came and wasn't too bad of a wait at all, I thought! Couple weeks it took, about! I didn't think the quality was too bad, either! I got the 11 cute Tee's way cheaper than I would a boutique store! So I was happy! I would definitely buy again from them! I bought my shirts in a medium and they all fit seem to run true to size!...

Very happy with this Company. My recent transaction has restored my faith with online shopping. I saw their ad for shoes on Facebook and i fell for them. I am happy to say they arrived within 3 weeks of purchasing and are true to their description color and sizing. Made of good quality materials and non slip soles and heels. For the price i won't even complain about the manufacturing odour that has come with them but with time that will disappear There was a good communication thread with the status of the order.
I have no hesitation to go shopping with Chicgrace again😊

Ordered a bikini from Chicgrace and it came about a month later. Customer service was very prompt and helpful. To my surprise the bikini I ordered is good quality and it is exactly as pictured on the website. I ordered a size medium but unfortunately it is too tight. From reading the reviews, most of the bikinis are made small, sadly. Will still wear mine and will order a size L-XL next time! =)

Absolute scam. I ordered a dress and bag from this website that came on the expected day. The dress was half sewn inside out with the seems in the sleeves and bottom facing outwards. The dress had a triangle cut out of the chest area that literally looks like a 7 year old went at it with a pair of craft scissors. The length is hardly a shirt length.
The bag arrived at the same time and was hardly held together with a stitch. Don't order from this site.

I bought two blouses and a bra from Chic Grace. They came on the right estimated day. Not early, nor late. My items came in nice wrapping and all things are intact. There were no rips, no uneven colours or ugly fabric. You get what you paid for, which I think is affordable yet fashionable. Not everyone can afford this fashion and I am very pleased that they did not let me down. Would recommend to future customers to just make sure they order the right sizes and everything should be great! Thank you again Chic Grace 👌

DO NOT ORDER!!!!! I order 4 different bikinis and swimsuits not one of them Could you wear as the fit of them was not made to fit anyone, they are made out of cheap crap material too. The customer service is awful I have been back and forth with emails and the best the could do is give me 10% of my money back! Don't waste your time or money on this rip off website

Order my wife a 2 piece swim suit, size L. This is what she has worn for years. Got the suit and it would hardly fit my 4 year old Granddaughter. IT IS TINY. No indication on how to return it.

Clothing is nothing like whats on website...I have never had such cheap looking clothing, not to mention it looks as if my grandbaby cut out pattern and sewed together (he's 4).
Absolute disappontment! No refunds & customer service is horrible...DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I ordered something the 1st of june and i didnt received it yet! It is unbeleivable that costumers have to wait that long for something they paid

incredibly bad service. i ordered my items 2 months ago and they sent them out to ship one by one! i ordered 4 items and it is 2 months later and only received 1 item out of 4. the item i did receive was not at all what the picture promised, it is completely different than what i ordered. the website refuses to refund you anything and you also can't return anything so i definitely suggest you do not order from them since it is a huge disappointment and stress.

Received my order within the time they said I would. I paid for expedited shipping and it got here in the same time as regular shipping would so I won't pay for.it again. The products were great though.
