Why in my OPINION Chick fil-a is the best

The place is awesome the food is great the workers are actually "happy" and the food doesn't taste fake like McDonald's and where I'm from Mcdonalds doesn't have aplayplace and Chick fil-a does but, I'm to tall for it since it is made for younger kids. Overall I really love the experience and plus the cookies and cream shake is really good!

Free Fast Friendly Service!

I had just gotten my friend from her shoulder surgery and we stopped at store #01071 in the Woodlands. Christian did an amazing job keeping the line moving and noticed my friend had surgery. I told him she was hungry and we pulled around to pay. We didn't owe anything! Thank you so much for blessings!

Disappointing Drive Through Experience and Lack of Professionalism

I recently visited Chick-fil-A - 4285 State Bridge Rd, Store 00686, and unfortunately had another disappointing drive through experience.

The employee who took my order did not greet me and appeared disengaged. She stood toward the rear of my vehicle while asking for my name and later leaned awkwardly off the curb, almost losing her balance, so I could scan my phone. She did not say thank you or offer any standard courtesy.

I would like to add that I did nothing to provoke this type of behavior. I was my usual kind and respectful self throughout the interaction.

When I mentioned the interaction to the staff member bringing out orders, he suggested she might be new. I later called and spoke with a manager, but there was no genuine concern expressed, even after I explained that this was my second visit experiencing similar behavior.

Customer service and professionalism are important. Sadly, this location did not reflect those standards during my visits. I hope management takes the opportunity to improve the experience for future customers.

Wishing I could like the Chik-fil-a experience

Everyone says how good it was and I've never been. So I thouthought I'd try it once. Being on a low carb diet there was very little to eat but I found something pretty good. What disappointed me even more was the crowd, the noise, and the sticky floors

Portions are too small

I never do fast food, but my oven is not working so I thought I would try this since they are highly regarded. I was very disappointed in the food. The chicken fingers are a child's size. Make them bigger and charge more. Fries were not cooked long enough. I also have found out that a lot of customers are angry that all fast foods places are charging more and giving small portions. The service was excellent.

Incorrect orders

Visited Chick-fil-A 4 times. Only ONCE did they have our order correct. Very disappointing. The food is ok, but the people who take the order needs to be doublely sure it's correct.

Just not good

I had not been for a long time. There is one very near me, and it always looks busy, so I thought it must be good. I went at 4, which may be a bad time (no excuse though). The regular chicken sandwich I got was horrible. Breading was soggy and sliding off the chicken. Pickles were hot and limp. It seemed to have no flavor on its own, so I tried putting the sauce on. Well, then all I tasted was sauce and it wasn't good. Why do people praise this place so much??

I ordered a 30 piece nugget with 7…

I ordered a 30 piece nugget with 7 Polynesian sauce cups. When I h ot home there were no sauces and the coke was mostly carbon water. When I tried to call the a tore that was impossible. I was put in a que. 8 stayed in that que f or over 40 minutes. Do that obviously wa a not the store in Fountain colorado. I was a not h o to waste my gas and safety going back. We were recovering from 10+inches of snow the day before and the roads were still unsafe. It will be a long while before I go back there.

Too pricey

They threw away all our food when we went to the restroom and replaced the drinks ha ha also I ordered two children's meals substituted drink for shakes and they came to over $20 again ha ha I can buy bare chicken nuggets and waffle fries and cook at home for 1/4 the price if that

I would recommend this place!

Yummy food! (Especially the fries and chicken nuggs) The food comes out fast, and good ice creams!

One thing i don't get is why is this rated 2.5 stars? It deserves better! Maybe the problem is specific locations, otherwise it's good!

10/5 stars! (Wish i could rate higher)
