If I could give no stars I would. I ordered a Hollywood dressing table and upon opening it every part of it is damaged and chipped. Have tried emailing and calling several times and am being ignored. Now they have turned the phone off and are purposefully ignoring my calls. I will be taking further action by reporting this company to relevant parties and contacting my bank. This is a scam website operating under two separate names:orchard homes and chic my room. Do not order from this website. I will be reporting this company to watchdog too if I do not receive a response by the end of the day.

I had a Sophia sideboard delivered yesterday by a charming young man straight from the company.It was extremely well packed and I am very happy, it’s beautiful with no damage,it also arrived within the estimated time and any emails were answered right away.I would definitely use this company again and recommend to friends.
Just a warning that it’s a two man job to move it into position ( my husband & son came in handy) Taking into account that some companies charge a white glove service and I paid so much less for it than other places I checked out so thank you chic my room

Ordered the Ultrafragola Wave LED Mirror which was advertised on their website as 'brilliant white when switched off'. The mirror I received is mauve coloured, not white. The company have ignored all of my emails and phone calls and have since removed this description from their website. Disgustingly immoral and deceitful. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Hi, I’ve not given this company any reviews as yet, but needed to click on a star to ask this question..Does anyone know what time they deliver upto in the uk please.. They sent me a PM delivery but still not arrived. Am I suppose to confirm that PM delivery as nothing was mentioned about confirming on the email ..

I ordered the set of 4 cream lotus dining chairs. They arrived within 1 week of order. Unfortunately, every chair was dirty with black marks over them. 1 chair had no screws or feet, therefore couldn't build it. Once I put on the legs, I noticed every chair was different, as in the shape of the chair, some chairs were not even level and the legs were inconsistent going in different directions. The quality is awful, material coming off under the chairs where staples have fallen out! Suprise suprise, when I called to complain, no answer and no call back. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!

Ordered an expensive Hollywood mirror for a loved one, with lights and speaker etc. Received an email 5 days later stating the delivery date. On the delivery date I stayed home waiting for the delivery, losing a day's pay as when I emailed to change the date I had no reply.

Delivery didn't arrive on the day, tried to email and call during the day for updates but no replies or answer. Called and emailed the next day, but nothing back in terms of communication.

Called my bank at 6pm and they will be claiming the money back for me via Dispute & Visa buyer protection.

I would not recommend this company to anyone who values their time & hard earned money.

ordered a table online came on time the item was of poor quality so wanted to return it thats when it all went down hill the company is in ireland so the cost to return the table is £80 plus vat the item cost £169 originally
so its not cheep by any means then read reviews on this company will not answer emails dont answer phone calls i cant understand how or why a company can treat a customer like please learn from my mistake DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I paid £85 for a sheepskin dressing table stool. After a few days the base cracked and a leg collapsed. Base was made from thin plywood. After several emails they came back and said I was outwith the time for returns. Omg very sorry did I know there was a time limit for my flimsy stool to fall apart. £85 pound spent on the biggest piece of crap ever. Customer Service dreadful.

What can I say? I emailed the team first to ask about how the delivery will arrive as I was worried it wouldn’t get up the stairs if it was already made up. I was assured it would come in 4 parts. Due to petrol crisis it was on time but late on the day which is fine! All I’m going to say is the customer service team emailed me back every time I emailed them a query! OM, CT & CMR gave me the best customer service experience through out this journey. I was told there maybe a delay but every information was given with honestly. From start to finish they are a really good and professional bunch! Thanking you all once again I love my Hollywood table! My dad helped to put the table together and even he said it was made very well. Please let’s not forget the amazing drivers who came all the way from NI to LDN with such great spirits! I recently discovered the inside of a TV cabinet I ordered sometime ago was badly finished and Chicmyroom, now called Orchard Homes
has not explained why this was or, if this item was a shop display piece or a returned item as it was not finished to the high standards you would expect for the price this item sells for. Although I did check the item over on receipt, the faults were only recently discovered and that is because I had to tilt the cabinet slightly backwards to clean the top, middle and bottom corners of the middle shelf which was clearly not finished to an acceptable standard and this item should not have been sold in that condition and this is a warning for anyone planning to order from this company to check every area of their purchase at delivery as they are probably selling defective furniture which has not passed.

Bought a dressing table stool but the leg fell off after 6 weeks. Phone goes to voicemail, e-mails unanswered and special delivery letter signed for but ignored. Do not buy for these scammers. Am now going to court to get my money back.

Really Dissappoited, ordered a set of chairs for 160 pounds, They werent suitable when they arrived in the pandemic, asked for a return, they send me a courier who charged me 174 pounds to return the item. I will not be returning this as i am out of pocket and stuck with some chairs that are not need. really bad customer service, they do not answer phone after calling them 10 to 15 times at different times of the day, BE AWARE OF THIS SELLER

Just bought a Hollywood leaner mirror with Bluetooth. Delivery was quick and the quality is excellent. No scratches at all
I don’t know why other reviews had that experience. Love my mirror so happy, over the moon and definitely I will recommend to everybody who can afford to buy. Thank you chicmyroom

Please make sure you read their returns policy in full before ordering! Be warned! I ordered a mirrored wall clock at £150 which had a scratch on it (only noticed when up on wall while cleaning it) and apparently you have only 24 hours to report damage. Very disappointed as I’m now stuck with a damaged item. I wouldn’t order from this company ever again. Be advised to stick with larger companies like Next, John Lewis etc with better policies .

I bought the Hollywood mirror, it came wrapped in some bubble wrap , no box , it was scratched & rusty , my electrician thought we’d bought it second hand , terrible after sales, basically you won’t get a refund or even a reply , you have been warned , I would never buy anything from this company again

Delivery was really great my item came within 2 days of order. I ordered the Hollywood Vanity which looks beautiful now it's up, there are a few marks on it but nothing to bad. The assembly is an absolute nightmare! the instructions that are provided are terrible they provide no clear indication of how to put the vanity together and consist of just 5 images where you need to use guess work and measure each wooden piece individually to find what goes where. Lovely vanity but wish the instructions provided were clearer.

Bought a lovely chair from this company. Had to phone with queries a couple of times. Lovely people, so helpful. Chair arrived on time and we LOVE it. Would definitely buy from them again.
