Really bad quality item. Not what you saw on pictures. No customer service to talk to. Luckily I purchased with PayPal who refunded me. Absolute scammers whose website should be shut down

Do not buy anything from this company! If you need to return something, it will cost you more to mail it back to China than the product is worth and you won’t ever get your refund. That’s what happened to me, so I’m out the cost of the product plus the cost to ship it back. It was an expensive lesson for me!

DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT, BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Their products are terrible and I have been waiting for a refund for ages. total rip off.

Chinese imports of very low quality. Not all items arrived. Do not buy products from them.

Terrible company. I ordered servel items which appeared to be linen and turned out to be awful cheap tatty items that are very poorly made. Contacted them for a return and refund and got riddiculous nonsense back in email that they would give me 15% to keep it! Said No and that I want money back - have to send to china and pay the costs - Very poor company - STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS AND THE SEVERAL OTHER COMPANIES THEY TRADE UNDER - same clothes different names

Poor Quaility. What you see is NOT what you get. They picture quality looking linen clothing and send you poor quality polyester clothing. Bait and switch. Nothing is like what you think. The shoes are not leather they are plastic. I think once you select an item they have someone in China see up something similar and inferior. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. You will be disappointed if you like quality.

Wrote them several times that I wanted to cancel my order. I did so within 24 hrs of placing my order. They ignored emails and sent order anyway!!!!

So sad that this company can pay FB big bucks to advertise and run glossy pics of attractive clothes that tempt Americans like me? Then all they do is rip us off! Online screwing! This should be outlawed by FB...BUT they want the $$$$$!

Horrible scam! Everything is overpriced, horrible quality and sizing. The sweaters I got came damaged and when emailing them asking if I would get my money back, they said I would get 30-100% of it back. They then stopped responding to my emails after that. Looking at the other reviews, I'm glad I didn't end up wasting my money on returning them. DO NOT BUY!!!

I wish there were negative stars! This company is absolutely the worst!!! I received the shipment after two months from placing my order fee only to find a cheaply made sweater that was out of proportion. I wrote them immediately and told them I wanted to return the item and expected them to pay for shipping which was $47 USD.
I enclosed the receipt for mailing and my original invoice. It is going on over 2 months and they will not respond to my emails. I am out nearly $100.00. Quite frankly, I do not know how they are still in business!

Very dissapointed! Not what I expected. Cheap/ poor quality clothing. I’m really disappointed not just with this company but at myself. I should I have read the reviews before I spent $180 dollars!! To top it off I purchased them on November 17th, I just received them yesterday January 2nd. They were in packaging that smelled bad. Save your money. Don’t buy from this site.

January 2,2019 I returned my two sweaters and a scarf. I was very disappointed once i received the items after Christmas. There is no number to call but a email. I followed the instructions of the email,and it cost me $35 dollars to send these items back (very poor quality). I spent $111 my order plus the $35. Now I’m waiting on my refund. After reading the comments i think I’m going to be very upset. I promise myself I will not order from overseas again!

Updated: January 17,2019 i haven’t heard from the company. I haven’t received a refund yet AS OF TODAY.

It sounds like I fell into the same trap as others. I saw a cute sweater and scarf and Pinterest. I clinked on the link and it took me to Chicnico.com. I ordered it, and it came several weeks later. I sent it back over 7 weeks ago (via customs return) and have not heard a thing. I have emailed and no response.

BEWARE... I am having the same experience as all the other consumers I have sent back 2 sweaters a month ago and no response back!!
They ask for a tracking # and never reply back after I sent it and paid 40.00 to ship also did not know they where i China../ absolute SCAM they take your money and you send the product back and never hear from them and they keep your money... Must stop them!!

CONSUMER BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE. Chicnico is a SCAMMING company praying on US citizens. I would have NEVER have placed an order, did I know it was a company out of the USA and to my horror it was China, OMG!!! You are NOT told this until your order is placed and paid for.

I have sent many emails to their Chicnico email address, with NO reply! I have turned them into my bank as a Fraudulent company and also called the USPS to be aware of their fraudulent activity.

All US citizens "BEWARE" none of the photos of their goods are the goods you would receive. DO NOT ORDER! All of us who were scammed by this company, please Report to your financial institute for fraud and to the US Attorney General and let's see what can be done.

Horrible! Ordered a jacket for my daughter for Christmas that was supposed to be fleece. So thin you can see through it. I tried to write a review on the product but of coarse they will not show it on their website. They had 2 positive reviews that are obviously fake!!

I bought a "cape sweater" - which was made to look like a sweater that could be worn off the shoulders. It turned out to be a long knit scarf with sleeve cuffs at the ends. Their pictures are suuuper deceptive, and their descriptions are misleading.

BEWARE, this is a fraudulent company (Chicnico) in China, THEY ARE running a scam: terribly poor quality clothes and even when you return the items, they don't' refund.
